The price was expensive for six empanadas that are appetizer size. They don’t specify that in the menu, and I went on a Saturday thinking that they would serve the specials that they have listed on the menu. The flavor of the empanadas are alright but I’m sad that the price is so expensive for how small they are. I finished the empanadas in 2 bites. I ordered 6 empanadas and I shared it with my sister and we were not full at all since the empanadas are very small. The waitress seems new and didn’t let us know that you can pay at the counter so we sat there thinking she would bring the check. Also, the wait time is long for the food. I don’t know how many people are working at this restaurant but it does take a while for the food to come. The price of the empanadas should be lowered because of how small they are maybe $1.50 each or even $2.00.

I got chicken stew with my friends and we love it! It tasted delicious and when you finish that meal you get full. It’s nice to find an Ecuadorian/Colombian place in Idaho!

Best home Colombian cooked food I ever had in a restaurant! If you are Colombian or familiar with Colombian food taste this place won’t disappoint. All food is freshly made just when you order and the wait for the food is more than worth while! I hope this place stays open for a very long time. I will be a forever customer. Only about 20 min drive from Idaho Falls!

This place is absolutely amazing! If you enjoy Central or South American type food you’ll be very impressed. The quality of this food made me feel like I was overseas and eating the local food. The food they make is bought and cooked that same day and you can tell. I can’t believe this place is in Ririe. The owners are from Columbia and Ecuador and are the nicest family. I love really good food and I can’t recommend this place enough! I hope they’re around for a very long time. They also do some pretty amazing specials on Saturday.

I had the most delightful experience at this family-owned Colombian restaurant! The food was absolutely fantastic, bursting with authentic flavors that transported me straight to Colombia. Each dish was prepared with love and care, showcasing the rich culinary traditions of the region.
What truly set this restaurant apart was the impeccable service we received from the warm and welcoming staff. They treated us like family, making sure we felt comfortable and attended to throughout our entire dining experience.
From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal with loved ones. I highly recommend trying their traditional dishes, especially the mouthwatering bandeja paisa and the heavenly arepas.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary journey with top-notch service, this Colombian gem is the place to go! I can’t wait to visit again and indulge in more of their incredible cuisine.

I didn’t know what to expect going in, but I loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food! I also felt like their prices were very reasonable. The owner, Daniel, offered exceptional service. My husband and I are trying to be more adventurous when we go out to eat (fewer American/burger places and more new foods). Daniel offered suggestions and explanations as we needed them and his service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely be going back to Encantos De Mi Tierra to explore more of their menu! The empanadas were delicious, I especially loved the shredded beef option, the meat was very flavorful. My husband tried the hogao arepa and it was incredibly tasty too–seriously, the flavors were incredible! My kids were excited to try his leftover arepa because of the Encanto movie (they loved the arepa). Overall, the whole experience was delightful and I am excited to go back. I highly recommend you give this place a try!

Their food is so delicious. They can do magic with plantains. The decorations are beautiful. The fruit waters are worth it. They are so delicious. The empanadas rival my wife’s. (Please don’t tell her I said that.)
My son sat enthralled in his high chair watching Encanto play silently on the TV. That allowed us to socialize and enjoy our rare time out.

Great Ecuadorian-Colombian in this region of Idaho. The meals are filling and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The atmosphere is inviting and the decor is well put together. Good for big groups of people. Can’t find anything like this anywhere else.
