A lovely hidden treasure in Sedalia! Stopped in and enjoyed a lovely lunch. Barbacoa plate was full of flavor. Portions were generous! The beans were just like my grandma used to make! Looking forward to my next meal there!

I’ve been passing through Sedalia on my way to Colorado Springs to visit my relatives for holidays about twice a year since I was a child, we’ve always gone to buds bar next door to get burgers, but this time we noticed a new restaurant. We met the owner of encanto, Laritza, and ordered some chicken enchiladas to try out the new place. They were delicious and I didn’t think to take a picture before eating them, but I did get a picture of the owner in front of her restaurant before we left. I’d encourage anyone to try them out if they haven’t yet. They’re less well known than buds next door but they have great food so try them out next time you’re in Sedalia 🙂

I stopped in the coolest little restaurant in Sedalia and grabbed a quick breakfast burrito this morning and was so glad I did! They have multiple combinations; I ordered the Chorizo, Green Chili, Potato, Egg, and Cheese burrito. Perfectly sized to fill my entire stomach – soo filling an delicious!

This place is fantastic! We stopped after a hike and it did not disappoint. I had the carne asada tacos and they were some of the best in Colorado! The staff was very friendly, we sat on the patio outside, it was lovely

Adorable little place! The food is super fresh because they make it to order. Friendly service and reasonable prices. It’s also spotlessly clean. Would definitely eat there again.

Food was good, odd hours, all food is cooked to order so it took longer than normal. But it was worth it. I came back to get breakfast burritos, and they were pretty good too. Give them a try. Here is the hours.

This is a little treasure of Sedalia. A charming family restaurant with authentic Mexican cuisine. This place uses an ingredient so many others forget. LOVE! You can taste the difference. The staff are warm and inviting and the restaurant is very clean. I hope this place will become a Sedalia institution known all over the state.
