A true one-of-a-kind Cuban bakery right in the heart of Hialeah! The place is decorated all in pink–it almost feels like walking into a Barbie store.

I’ve been there two times and I like the environment. The decoration of the place is beautiful and cozy that makes you feeling comfortable and relaxed. I feel like I’m in a doll house. The service and food are great in general.

My 4 star is more based in the cleanliness. In my two visits I had the same experience. I had to clean my table before sitting and found some food on the floor as well. This is only based on my experience, that shouldn’t be others opinion. Unfurtunately, some customers don’t “cooperate” leaving their empty cups or dishes on the table. A little help is always appreciate. Another thing I consider a cons is the waiting time and even customers that take longer time sitting while others are waiting for an empty table. I can understand that some customers love to stay longer, as I mentioned I got mesmerized with the atmosphere and don’t really want to leave. However, we should consider others.

To be honest, I didn’t like to take one star off from my Review. However, rather than criticizing the place, I prefer that my opinion be seen as a suggestion. In general, I like Ena’ Bakery and I recommend it to everyone.

Psss…one more thing, the Pan con Lechón is delicious, but if it would serve with a cuban bread, would be a plus. Also, in my personal case, a little less pork and an extra “pellejito”…Uhmmmm…so yummy.

Decorations over the top a bit. We had several things. The pork sandwich had great taste, but it was served cold. Since most would assume that it would be served warm or hot, I think they should ask at least. We also had a few Cajitas. The macaroni salad was very good with a slight pinapple taste. The roll was a bit soggy and didnt care much for the croqueta and lolipop. Then we had a few pastries which was a hit and miss. One was good the others mehhh. Overall alot of potential and good, may still be ironing out a few kinks since it just opened a few days ago apparently.

They took about 15 minutes to take our order. There was a huge line and only one person taking orders, one doing milkshakes, 2 were talking and not doing anything. This is on a weekday, I cannot imagine how it is on a busy weekend.
