We celebrated our anniversary at En Tirage and brought our two pups along—because we’re always on the lookout for dog-friendly spots. Their cozy patio was perfect, and the staff made sure our dogs felt just as welcome as we did, even bringing them water right away.
Service was quick, and our waiter was fantastic at helping me pick the perfect bubbly based on my preferences. His recommendation hit the mark. We shared several small plates throughout the evening, pacing them perfectly so we could savor each one. The standouts were the crab cakes and beef tartare—absolutely delicious.
We ended the night with two incredible cocktails, the perfect finale to a relaxed and memorable evening. While we loved the ambiance on the patio, we couldn’t help but notice the stylish, inviting vibe inside as well. We’ll definitely be back.

100/10 a must stop. So convenient next to the hotel and an absolute delight. The decor is luxurious and modern feeling with black velvet and beautiful light fixtures. It’s not pretentious or stuffy and the staff is warm and inviting. There is a range of pricing to fit every budget, we enjoyed the taste of champagne flight – generous pours 3 for $24 and paired it with kettle chips, crème fraiche and you can add a 5g caviar bump for $20 to basically any item. The crab cakes were delicious, crispy on the outside but not oily, served with a ikura spicy aioli and side salad thoughtfully dressed with lemon zest, olive oil and salt that was also a star! They do have high end wines and champagne but this is such an affordable way to try bubbles from all over. They also do multiple sized pours, so for your friends who only drink a little, a super easy way to customize your experience (1.5oz, 3oz and 5oz pours)

Beautiful atmosphere and modern design. A wide variety of top shelf, sparkling wines, and champagne. Fresh Burrata, straight from Italy, in the heart of Oregon wine country. A must stop on your wine tour.

Wow! What a hidden gem! The crab cakes were delicious! It was so fun to try different sparkling wines side by side from France and more locally. Ben was an amazing server! He even made my husband a delicious flavored soda from the bar. You need to go here!

Fantastic! Great wine list and amazing food. Try the crab cakes. They are to die for! Ben is a veteran of the trade and is doing great things. PJ is knowledgeable, professional, and a great bartender. Outdoor seating available, classy decor, and easily accessible. We will be back. There is no doubt about it.

A fantastic selection, Champagne and otherwise! We received great service at the bar, and were so happy with all of the wine we were able to enjoy. Many of the wines we got to try are generally hard to find, which was exciting in itself. Great experience overall!

Staying at the adjacent Dundee Inn, & decided to check En Tirage out. Great service & interesting decor, with a nice selection of sparkling wines. In hindsight, it appears this might have been their cold opening night, but it didn’t show. Best of luck.
