The sweet and sour chicken was amazing. When I got there, there was a 40-minute wait for take out. Luckily I was eating in and didn’t have to wait forever and a half for food. It took maybe 15 minutes. Which isn’t bad for dinner service. Also with the sweet and sour chicken, there was a few really big pieces and they were light and airy which I really enjoy

I know prices have gone up but prices are almost 100% higher than what’s in the other pictures! These are NY prices!
Food is good. We ordered 4 things and it was good. We all liked it.

We can be quite particular about Chinese restaurants, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. While the pricing is on the higher side—one egg roll costs a little over $2—it was undeniably delicious and worth trying. The food was packaged with great care, and everything was ready in a timely manner. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I would highly recommend not to use a debit/credit card to order by the phone or online. My meal was 4 adults 1 child and took 1 hour 26 min to deliver my order. I called after 45 min, after I was told it would take 25-35 min to receive my food. I called after waiting 45 min. Was told on way be there 5-10 min and lady hung up.So 15 min later (1hour total time) was asking to cancel my order and just get my money back. They didn’t know how to do that because I used my card. And again was told would be 10 min max good would be there. I told the lady I’d just come out to pick it up then she insisted not to because food was on its way. So 26 min later my food finally came. Half was cold like it’s been in the bag for an hour and the rest was still dripping grease. But, all my order was there so that’s something. ♂️

7pm Monday, 2 people, dine in. We were welcomed with a smile! Ordering was quick and easy. 10 minutes later, we had our hot food and the order was correct!! Yay!!

Portions are good. I mistakenly ordered the fried wanton. NOT a fan. I prefer the crab Rangoon.
The dining area was fairly clean, but the entire area needs a face lift.

I don’t believe that I’ve ever had a food that wasn’t the highest of quality. Always friendly service and they always remember my wife’s specific request, even if she didn’t ask for it on that day.
The do not have or have ever had a buffet, so not sure what that complaint was about.
Give them a try, prices are equivalent to what any other Chinese takeout would have.

I had an unpleasant experience the first time I tried EnLai a while ago but wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately my second experience was similar. Bad buffet food quality at sit down prices. Service was adequate if unenthusiastic and the food was out relatively quickly. However I don’t feel that the food we got was worth the price.
