Fantastic little family restaurant. We stopped by for lunch on our way to the “crater of diamonds state park.” We were so impressed that we came back for dinner. We are vegetarian and they went out of their way to accommodate us. They did so with taste, understanding, and without price gouging for special orders. Good prices. Decent portions. Great food. Amazing service. My favorite french fries in the whole country and the apple cobbler is the best I have ever had. These people treated us like friends and took such great care of us. We will definitely come back whenever we are in this part of the country. Cannot recommend enough.

Good food in a local restaurant with small town charm. Fried catfish was the special that day for lunch, and it was excellent. Hush puppies were just okay, though. Fried chocolate pie was good, but was served so hot I didn’t enjoy it as much. Server was friendly, but the service was very slow, even after the lunch crowd had thinned out considerably. Also, desserts were not served together (several minutes passed until all got their dessert). Our ticket order was left at the table, but it didn’t have any prices on it. They add it up at the counter when you go to pay. I was put off a bit by that because you can’t verify how much you’re supposed to be charged for anything. I took off one star for the very slow service.

Waitresses friendly and very efficient. Good workers. The place was clean, along with the tables. We were there at lunch time so they were fairly busy. Our food . Food was excellent. We had hamburgers Fries chicken salad chicken strips brownie delight fried coconut pie everything is homemade will definitely be back

The name has changed, but the food is great. We were on our way home from Branson, and a young lady at a local gas station said it was her personal favorite place to eat. We had breakfast, and it was delicious, and big helpings. The pancakes were great too. The ladies serving were super nice and the atmosphere was great. Clean restrooms too. 5 stars.

This place was great! We really enjoyed the food, which was decently priced. Everything was clean and we were comfortable. The really impressive part though, was the service! We came in late, but no one was short or impolite. Our waitress was nice and attentive, even making small talk and giving us extra time to look over the menu. We were truly impressed and will be back!

Staff is very friendly. Some of the patrons looked at us, but no more than they do in many small town local places. Menu is full of traditional American food. Everything we had was very good. Price was reasonable. It is a sorry walk from two local hotels.

Love this place, we go almost every Sunday. I’m legally blind and have a service dog. They are really friendly and accommodating. They even noticed that I have a problem with normal coffee cups due to permanent damage to one of my fingers and always try to give me a long handled cup that’s easier to use. Highly recommend them.

Awesome food and service! We had our dog with us, so we went to the drive thru window and ordered. We parked and waited for the order. The ladies checking on us at the drive thru and taking our order were very friendly and patient with us. I was ordering for seven people lol. The food came out by the time we all used the restroom, and we took it to Narrows Dam and ate along the Little Missouri River. The food was awesome!
