So excited they opened a new spot in Sawtelle! I’m obsessed with their decor it’s super cute, and the food is just as amazing as I remember. It was really cool seeing the owner again after 10 years. We used to go to their Westwood location with our kids when they were little, so it brought back all the memories. We had such a great dinner, and next time we definitely checking out the bar!

I been dining with Emporium Thai Restaurant for over 20 years at Westwood area, but this new restaurant at Emporium Thai Market had a grand opening last night. I had a blast. Famous, high-energy spot known for intense, fiery Thai dishes, mocktails, cocktails, drunken noodles with beef, chicken curry, soft crab shells, chicken satay, pork belly was so delicious & we eat them all. Great bartender & great service with the waitress & beautiful ambience. I will be back soon. Thank you for all your hard work & definitely recommend this restaurant. Thanks you!

Emporium Thai Market is my new favorite spot in West LA !!!
From the same people who brought us Emporium Thai in Westwood for 26 years, so the quality is no surprise. The food was amazing, as expected, and the ambiance is beautiful. Modern, warm, and inviting. I tried the Jane’s Wings and Khao Soi noodle, both were excellent. Will definitely come back and try more of the dishes.

We hosted our awards dinner here last night and everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, the service ran smoothly all night, and the food was genuinely outstanding. Every dish came out hot, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They made hosting a larger group feel effortless and special. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for both events and a great dinner out.

So hyped that Emporium Thai finally opened a spot on Sawtelle! I’ve always loved their food, and this new location is a total vibe.

We stopped by for the Dine LA menu and it was 10/10 from start to finish. The Jane’s Wing Thai were super crispy and flavorful, and the Green Curry Braised Beef was incredibly tender—definitely the highlight of the meal. We ended with the Sweet Rotti, which was the perfect way to wrap things up.

The service was also top-notch. Witchy and Fon took such good care of us; they were fast, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Sawtelle has a lot of options, but this is definitely going into my regular rotation. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Amazing food and service. This is Emporium Thai’s second location. John and the team were super friendly and conversed with us about the food. This carries the core dishes from the original restaurant in Westwood while exploring more authentic Thai style dishes. New atmosphere is contemporary and relaxing.

Emporium Thai Market is hands down the best Thai food in the Sawtelle neighborhood.

With 26 years of history in Westwood, they’ve brought true authenticity and confidence to their new Sawtelle location. The flavors are bold, balanced, and incredibly fresh—every dish clearly comes from experience, not guesswork.

It feels elevated yet welcoming, modern but rooted in tradition. Sawtelle has amazing food, but Emporium Thai Market truly stands out.

If you love great Thai food, this is a must-visit.

Had dinner here last night and everything was spot on from start to finish. We ordered a great mix of dishes — the tom yum soup had the perfect balance of heat and tang, the pad see ew and pad thai were flavorful and cooked just right, and the chicken wings were crispy, juicy, and seriously addictive. The green curry was rich, fragrant, and comforting without being overly heavy.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it an easy place to settle in and enjoy the meal. Drinks were excellent as well and paired nicely with the food.

You can tell a lot of care goes into both the kitchen and the overall experience. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu — highly recommend.

I live two blocks away & noticed this gorgeous new Thai restaurant. I stopped in for dinner the other night & here’s my take: the high ceilings create a refreshing, open sophisticated atmosphere that’s inviting & fun…. The decor & interior design work together to create a very cool vibe that’s also thoughtful & professional. The place stands out from all the other restaurants in West LA. The owner and staff couldn’t be more welcoming, attentive & at ease. They are glad you’re there & want you to enjoy yourself & be comfortable. This restaurant is the new baby of the owner, whose previous Thai restaurant has been in Westwood for more than 25 years (an amazing accomplishment)… and the owner has made this place, his dream restaurant ! The food is delicious, like Thai fine dining which was a first for me. I’ve eaten at great places around the world & this spot is a notable stand out. Lucky to have Emporium Thai Market in my neighborhood & I hope the Sawtelle neighborhood & West LA area continue to give them the warmest of welcomes… I will definitely continue to drop in for dinner or a night cap Thanks Emporium Thai Market.

As each day brings another closure of a favorite restaurant, we are thrilled that a fantastic new place has opened! I’ve been a long-time fan of Emporium on Westwood, but this new restaurant takes it to a whole new level. The design is modern but comfortable, and the room is beautiful and lively, with a bar on one side and a huge mural on the other. The service is every bit as great as the original Emporium (with some familiar faces from there), and the details of the presentation and plating are top-notch.

The menu is extensive, with classic favorites alongside southern Thai specialties. We started with the meatballs, and the green papaya salad (perfectly balanced between the citrus and the heat, not the soggy pile that it is at some other places) followed by pad thai (my wife loves it) and the southern Thai dry curry. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other specialties that to my knowledge aren’t available anywhere else in L.A., or certainly on the west side. And when I have a free weekend, I’m going to have the stinky bean, which I had once in Thailand, and it’s a unique experience! Oh, and the Emporium special beer is perfect with the meal – it has hints of lemongrass and thai spices.

I’m really happy this is nearby. It’s chic enough for a special occasion, but the prices are so reasonable for the quality of the food that it’s perfect for a quick drop-in.
