Emporium is getting expensive now days. Ordered 24 Oz Dr. Smoothie with Bubbles for my daughter, which cost $13.50 for a drink. If they had made the drink right, that’s fine with me. But the girl who made the drink forgot to put the bubbles in it. My daughter didn’t realized that until we arrived home. She’s quite disappointed. When we called, the only thing they could offer us was to bring the drink back so they could add bubble back to the drink. Why should I drive 15 minutes just to add missing bubbles to a drink for the mistake they made ? Mainstreet Emporium, I will take my business elsewhere.

We were in town on vacay last week and the hotel coffee was basically dirty water. This place saved the day and my mood with a delicious cold brew!

very great place to get drinks and breakfast
nice workers there
although im giving 2 stars just because i don’t really have alot on me to tip at times and do tip most of the times when i can but dont really like how they ask for a tip and i nicely respond to them with a no and they still tip themselves $1-3 it’s practically stealing money from your customers
this issue needs to be fixed before some people get involved!

I wouldn’t mind paying the high price, if the drink was made correctly. I have given them multiple chances and they have only made it right once out of 6 times going. I won’t be returning anymore. A drink with 6 shots of espresso should taste like coffee, not syrup. I added extra to my drink because I want it to taste like coffee. All I can taste is raspberry

I visit one of their shops weekly!! Always excellent coffee and the baristas are above and beyond friendly and courteous! I imagine some people receive just what they give. Its costs nothing to be nice and have a smile on your face!!!

Yesterday was my last purchase at the emporium. I ordered a honeydew bubble tea last week and it was clear they didn’t clean the blender prior to use. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It happened a second time that same week, so I assumed we were just having trouble/had new hires. Nope, I went yesterday for a white chocolate mocha and was served a cup of steamed, foamed soy milk. I returned to have it corrected and let the girl know it didn’t taste like white chocolate at all. She added coffee and sent me on my way. I returned a 3rd time to have it fixed, but at that point, I had to trash my third unfinished drink. It’s becoming a waste of money more than it already was. At least I got to enjoy my drink after spending too much.

Showed up while I had a 10 minute wait before my spouse was to show up to go grocery shopping together. Despite reassurances that “we will be right with you” and no one in the lobby, the staff never got around to taking my order even after my spouse had arrived and we waited together. Overpriced coffee is not worth a 15+ minute wait to even order it.
Dear owner: I failed to mention nothing, you being unable to manage being short an employee is part of managing a business. I had plenty of patience and understanding during my wait as well as with my honest review. Also note that seeing such kind of replies that the owner leaves on these reviews should give ample warning ahead of time to those looking for a coffee place to spend their hard-earned money.

Ordered two hot caramel macciatos and both were barely lukewarm.. Temperature is key when it comes to coffee. A good cup of coffee and a great morning experience sets the mood for the day, coffee shops play a huge roll in people’s lives, giving comfort and preparing them for what lies ahead of the day. Specialty coffee is pretty pricey and people work hard for their money, it’s very unfortunate to receive services that are less then quality. However, the flavor was good I will add.

When my mom and me went to Emporium, my mom asked for a carmel frappuccino and I asked for a matcha frappuccino. They gave my mom blended milk with sugar or honey in it and they gave me almost the same thing but with a slight hint of matcha. For two 6oz drinks, we paid $15.

I love getting my morning coffee at the emporium in the co-op. They are always friendly and remember my name and order. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am in and out quickly to get my day started! I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the coffee and the overall experience. I highly recommend this establishment.
