Wow, this is one of the best margarita pizzas I’ve ever had the tomatoes taste organic and very sweet. The crust is absolutely perfect, perfectly crunchy perfectly light.

Honesty don’t even bother getting food here we used to go here a lot and the staff was great and they even knew my order but I don’t know what has happened in the last two months but I was ignored by the guy in the back for almost 20 minutes and when I finally got taken care of he was rude and was acting like I was unconvincing him for just ordering and i will not be returning. And on top of that i got charged a different amount than what i put on the receipt by $4 you would be better off by just going to dominos or Pizza Hut !!!!!!! I was so happy when they opened the new location but it seems to be a bust

This is really sad that I even have to make this review our whole family loved this place and ate there regularly but not anymore. So first off they started delivering with DoorDash so I don’t order delivery anymore, so I ended up just going in with my daughter and to say the least it was a very bad experience it took almost a hour and 15 minutes to get a 14 inch and two salads then when I finally got my food it was barely cooked and it felt like the crust was raw but when I went and tried to talk to a manager I was waiting at the counter for a good 10 minutes and still no one came so I just sat back down and ate because I just wanted the whole experience to be over with and then I leave and less than 20 minutes after we left we both started having the worst stomach ache of my life so bad to the point we both went to urgent care so now im $640 in the hole for medical care never again and we know we got sick from here because this was the only thing we ate that day before becoming violently sick. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILIES WELL BEING I will be reporting to the local health department because this is just unacceptable!!!!!

Food was good, still hot and fresh when my husband got home with it. Unfortunately he had a different experience with someone at the restaurant. We placed our order online on 12/20. My husband went to pick up and was told her wasn’t allowed inside ( not sure by the customers having a holiday party or the employees.) After letting whoever it was that he just was picking up his order not staying he was let in but told not to do that again. We had no idea the dining room was closed due to a party. Maybe you could put on your website or shut off other pickups?

The best New York style pizza I’ve had outside of NY. Crust was thin and super crispy. We got the lunch special, 2 slices and a drink for $9.95. Definitely worth it. You can also sub for a salad or garlic knots.

The whole place is fun, lively, and it’s like hanging out in your cool cousin’s basement if your cool cousin also happened to be a world class pizzaiolo who believed every social interaction should include a high score.

Man… I went into sexy Sammie’s on 10th st for some tenders and grabbed a slice while waiting. Customer service was exceptional. Brought the hot slice right out to me and DAMN!!! That was mmmm the best slice of pizza I have had in a LONG TIME!!! Y’all do it right over there Empire! Keep it up Mike, Ken, and the excellent staff they have at the 10th street store!

My company ordered catering with delivery from Empire Pizza and we had a great experience! Mike, the Manager, worked with us to create a menu that could accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and halal dietary restrictions. Everyone LOVED the pizza and we will definitely be ordering from Empire Pizza again!

Not sure what happened tonight, but they were mixing up or just losing orders. I ordered 2 8″ pizzas dine in and 10min later 2 8″ Togo pizzas. The dine in took 40min before they made it and only started it after I said something when a person who ordered 20min after me got her pizza. The Togo pizzas were the same thing.
Luckily they have an arcade that my son and I played in while we waited, it still made us late for our event afterwards.
Normally these guys are on top of it.
Update: I wrote this review while in the restaurant just before getting our food. As I was getting our food the manager did talk the time to talk to me and make things right. Was a 3 star, bumped to a 4 star. Thanks for making things right
