I’m Honger – we have high standards.
Excellent Service from staff that is attentive. Better than ParkHill next door. They deserve good tip. Food is Solid -Also slightly better than ParkHill.(ParkHill is good also).
Tables are father apart than other dimsum places that are too crammed and noisy.
This makes it great place to have convos and talk some business.
Tea always excellent quality.

I love the food here, as authentic as I believe it so! However, the service here is also quite authentic that some people might find the servers rude and inpatient (which is NOT a problem for me by the way).
Whenever I visited here during weekend brunch hours, I always need to wait for a table for up to 30 minutes. Super packed, but understandably so due to their amazing dim sum.
I would recommend dim sum lovers to visit here for sure during weekend brunch!

Traditional dim sum 🙂 one of the best places to go in Richmond. The service is great (quick & attentive) and the food is hot and made just right.

We stopped here for lunch and I have to say it is one of the best authentic Chinese meals I have ever had. We had maybe a dozen dishes and each one was super interesting in both flavours and textures. I would highly recommend checking out Empire Seafood restaurant next you are in Richmond it was a spectacular culinary experience.

First time to empire Seafood seafood restaurant for dim sum, food are you Siri one of the best in which one prize is reasonable for what I got I ordered many dishes and they all taste great. Love every single bite of it. Currently, we’re also running a King Crabb special which I ordered and will back dinner for the weekend. I will try to report that when I can. Services is exceptional good. everybody is not so noisy. I will for sure come again, paying is easy just register at the front desk.

We ordered Takeout Set A for 6 for our CNY dinner but were given Poon Choi instead. When we picked up the order, we double-checked with the staff, and they confirmed it was correct. Unfortunately, we later discovered it was not what we had originally ordered.
It also appears that the price was increased for the holiday. When we dined there last month, the price for 6 meals was $178 (as per the screenshot). However, when I called to order this same Set A, I was told the price was now $198. I went through the items included in the Set A combo with them over the phone and agreed to proceed at that price.
When we contacted the restaurant about the incorrect order, they initially asked us to drive back to Richmond from Surrey to return the Poon Choi and pick up the correct Set A. Given the traffic (5PM), this would have taken over an hour each way, which we found extremely inconsiderate.
We then requested a refund. The restaurant asked us to send a copy of the receipt to process it, which we have done, and we are currently waiting for the refund to be issued.
They said they would arrange for someone to pick up the Poon Choi from our home and told us to store it in the fridge in the meantime. However, we have not been given a clear timeline for pickup, and we are unsure how the food will be handled. To make matters worse, the Poon Choi pot was leaking.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for an important CNY dinner.

Just got here for the holiday dim sum, as usual tons of people noise level is high, but still able to talk, seems this is the Chinese way of gathering food taste good and authentic very tasty. I recommend this place for some do something around the area. I will come back again. Make the early reservation reservation as usual.

The dim sum here is delicious, and everything tastes fresh and well-made. My favorite is the rice rolls with crispy fried dough — perfectly soft on the outside and crunchy inside. I always order it! Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic dim sum.

Happened to be going by on a rainy Saturday and ducked in for a Saturday brunch. First the food was excellent and the mushroom mixed bean curd and eggplant were our favourite. Second, Kam our server was funny, engaging and helpful in our selection. I would go back and make sure you to meet Kam!
