Half my pizza was smashed against the box and it was hot honey so it was super sticky. The DoorDash driver has a 4.9 rating with 1500+ reviews so I’m not sure if it was them or empire

I’m more than pleased with the restaurant; everything is excellent. Scott, the server, deserves a raise. I’ve never seen such a young person work with such efficiency and maturity. The manager, Helen, is super friendly and very attentive. Of course, I recommend this place 100%.

Really enjoy this place. They have alot of options. Very good wings. Pizza isn’t the best i have had, but it is fantastic. Love it. They dont undercook like many other places. Good crust. Good sauce. Good cheese. I enjoy this place and is always a good option. Dining in is great too. Good beer selections.

Food is almost always on point. We’ve had a few bad experiences- one time we asked for extra cheese, they obviously forgot, tossed the extra cheese on and cooked it again. Another time, my husband was waiting for an extended amount of time for our food and they finally figured out it had been done before we got there and had been sitting there. The pizza is still one of the better options in fort mill. The Cesar salad is one of the best. The mozzarella sticks used to be amazing, but it seems they have changed recipes.

Stopped here for lunch one day and came back for dinner.
Friendly fast service we ordered pizza and salads first time . Both were full salads and delicious. Pizza was the best we have had in long time. For dinner we ordered pasta. They were having karaoke in the bar section. Totally a fun evening. Place was packed with. A lot of families in the dining room for early evening. It does get loud but we were both said we were sorry we didn’t have an Empire Pizza in Florida. Will return when we are in the area.

An $80 take out order today was a very frustrating experience. Received a text that the food was ready.. I had just pulled up to the restaurant. Proceeded to wait an additional 8 minutes, when I asked why did I get a text saying my food was ready but it was not…the response was oh we send that out to everyone at the 20 minute mark regardless if the food is ready. WHAT??
Another few minutes passed and now part of the order that had been sitting there in front of me is now cooling down …I asked what was the problem…I was told we are waiting on the bread to get crispy. Again WHAT? Another couple of moments later I chose to leave without the bread to try to salvage the food I did have. Lo and behold the pizza was cold, the wrap and fries though good was cold. Very disappointed with dropping $80 for cold food.

I ordered Vegetarian cauliflower pizza extra crispy. It was very tasteful. My husband ordered wings, which he is often picky about. However he said wings were on point. Tracy, our waitress was A perfect balance of real people, not fake. Personable and attentive. We will be back!

They have lost my business forever. Tried to go there tonight asked for a booth and the 13 year old sitting customers told me couldn’t have the booth because they were sitting people on a rotation. What! I understand wanting to spread the tables among the wait staff but when a customer asks for a booth and you have a booth you sit them in the booth. I told her we were going somewhere else and she said she could put me on a list for a booth! Totally gone down hill recently.

Waitress was great. Management does not prioritize dine in guests. Be prepared to wait a significant amount of time when they are busy with take out orders. Not a good option for young kids when they’re busy, odd for a pizza joint.
