I have been a customer of this establishment for years. I have recently been having issues with the quality of food. Keep in mind, I spend at least $50 once a week here. When I called to speak to someone about the cheeseburger pizza being dry and unlike any cheeseburger pizza they have ever made, the woman, who says she and her husband are the managers for 17 years, gave me attitude. I let it go as a one off. Then two nights ago I ordered subs, my tuna sub was plain tuna with that tasted like metal and was definitely past it’s expiration date. Once again, when I called and spoke to the “manager ” she gave me attitude and told me she made it herself the day before and that I better not order it again because I obviously won’t like it. On the sub I had wilted iceberg lettuce, one half of tomato on one half of sub and 2 on other, no mayo, 4 banana pepper slices, and dry bread that could break a tooth. She gave me a free credit, which I used this evening. When I called to place my order, the ” manager” took the phone from the girl that was taking my order in order to let me know that I need to tip my driver a minimum of $5 because I am over 5 miles away. On top of attitude about previous issues with food. I always have and always will tip at least that. So, we get to delivery tonight. I looked at my food. I ordered cheeseburger pizza, wings, and a sub. The pizza is great, the wings are the smallest they could find in the bag, and the sub…… you guessed it. The sub had one banana pepper on each half,no mayo , and one half slice of tomato on each side. So… I called and spoke to this “manager ” again who then told me that she made the sub herself and to then proceeded to give me attitude and then told me she was sending the driver back to take the food and give me back my money and then said that I can take my business elsewhere. Obviously she is making sure that I get the bottom of the barrel of anything I order at this point. I am reaching out to Lihan, the owner, tomorrow and coming to a resolution on this matter. I have only recently been having these issues. This place has been getting worse lately and I see plenty of other comments and reviews that reflect this recent decline. This issue with food is a fixable thing, we all make mistakes or rush and forget, however, you can’t fix a person’s attitude.

My gosh this has got to be one of the greatest hits in my House this pizza had just the right amount of cheese, pepperoni, and of course mushrooms too well only on half of it but it was cooked well done and when you request that it taste great

The food is not the greatest for the price. Services was horrible. I called for delivery and asked for cheese sticks. They delivered cheese bread. Ok we all make mistakes. When I called back I got alittle bit of an attitude bc I wanted them to deliver what I wanted and refused the refund. Says they are very busy. I get that I said take ur time. Food came, cheese bread again! Smh will not be ordering here again

Never been disappointed with their salads. So good and worth the price!!!! We love to order from here because there is so many options for everyone.
Edit: I ordered from here this weekend and unfortunately I received my food covered in wing sauce my boyfriend also was very disappointed that his sandwitch basically came plain and every single topping cost extra even mayo.

This was my first time ordering pizza from Empire. My son’s work place orders A LOT of pizzas. They buy mainly from Empire, I Love NY Pizza & Stumpy’s Pizzeria. In the past, he has had me try the other 2 pizzerias, and now Empire.
All 3 put out a decent pizzas, and all 3 make a better pizza then the 2 places in Greenwich

My family orders here a few times a month, I get a GF pizza and its always so good. We rip well and tonight we ordered another pizza which came burnt black! I called and complained and they said its going to look like that everytime! Then a girl from I hear in the background say with an attitude its going to look like that every time! ! They credit us 6$ on am 18$ pizza! Learn how to be better!

I ordered at 420 they said 30 to 35 minutes. After any hour no pizza I called and they said he couldn’t find the house and he was on his way back. Then I was told he came and we didn’t answer the door which was open. I said that was bs because we’ve been standing waiting. She then said he had other deliveries which I said why would he deliver others when we’ve been waiting 1 hr 15 min. She then said I was swearing at her and she was canceling my pizza. I told her she was lying to me she insisted I was swearing at her which was not true at all another total lie! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but can assure you I will. Venting but I don’t recommend there service or customer service.

Ordered two tiramisu to go with our delivery, took it out of the bag and found mold on it. Called up the restaurant, they said they would refund the tiramisu on my card, never took a dime off, charged the whole amount.
