I order from empire maybe every week and they never fail to show me great customer service, they’re very attentive and hard working. The food is great like actually good ive never had an issue with empire pizza that’s why they will always be my #1 spot. I usually order the same thing if I go to a restaurant, but this is the only place I’d get something different because they quite literally never fail.

We found Empire Pizza about 2 months ago after living in New London for over 3 yrs! We order multiple times a week and switch our orders up. I literally will order the same thing over and over again from places I like! But from Empire everything I’ve had so far has been phenomenal! They answer the phone with courtesy and kindness, the staff have gotten to where they even know it’s me when I call and if I don’t order something I usually get they ask if I want it! This will be our go to place from here on out!!!! From pizza, stromboli, calzones, wings, grinders and more I scream from the tops of the houses on Willetts Avenue you have to try their food!

Friendly service, great pizza! The shop looks a little quaint but the food was out of this world. Loaded with toppings, served piping hot, and you can sub out the ingredients in their specially pizzas. Big selection, made to order on hand stretched dough. The guys working were cool with us hanging out at the park across the street while we waited. Definitely recommend!

We ordered a chicken Caesar wrap today. The chicken didn’t even look or taste like chicken. Had purple spots on it and looked disgusting. The lettuce was brown and there wasn’t even any Caesar dressing on it. We called asking for a refund and was spoken to very rudely by the woman who answered the phone AND the manager/owner. Was told the chicken was fresh and the lettuce automatically turns brown. He refused a refund. Said that he’d make another one but can assure us it would be the same as the first. Awful customer service and I still don’t know what that meat was!

So here is my experience with empire pizza, I called and asked for delivery to a local hotel and he said he would only deliver to me if I had cash. Ok no issue there. Then he was very pushey and kept putting me on hold and then coming back and rushing me. He was extremely rude. The next issue I have with this establishment is I ordered a large steak and cheese and there was no cheese on it then I also found a blue colored plastic in my grinder. Thank good I didn’t choke on it. The third issue I have is I ordered a steak bomb Quesadilla for my mom and there was a hard peice of plastic in her food too she almost choked on it. I had to pat her on the back for her to get it out of her throat. Lastly I ordered my wife a BLT with extra mayo and it had no mayo at all and 2 slices of bacon. Not cool at all I paid 50 bucks for trash this place should be ashamed of them selfs. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this dump I would definitely check out illanos they have much better food and there staff is much friendlier.

Good pizza. One of the best in town from a metal oven baked pizza traditional sense. A small pizza 2 topping is roughly just under $20 and enough for 2-3 people with 8 slices.

This is the second time that they send my fries cold, greasy and soggy. I placed my order at 3:25 pm and it arrived 4:17 pm. I called them and the person that answered the phone was rude and he didn’t believe me, he even ask for the fries back. What makes me angry is that he treated me like a liar, me a loyal customer so I now how the order looks like and my fries are always nice and crispy. He has the guts to argue with me knowing that he’s wrong. I paid for a good service not for a sloppy burger with soggy fries. Empire pizza you’re losing your touch.
