Been here three times. The first time the breakfast food was just eh. The second time I had lunch. Not bad. The third time I had another omelette but different from the first. It was very good until I got close to the end just to find hair underneath the omelette after I cut into it. I’m done. I accidentally ordered the wrong omelette at first and was going to take that to go but I was so disgusted I left it behind. Averaging my 3 times here I’ll rate it a 2.5⭐ out of 5.

Really disappointed was in the area on business so wanted take my friend for breakfast and we love diners so looked up what was close .went to empire no diner charm ,no customers I do found out why my waitress was pleant and efficient.but the waitress totally rude when we entered they said sit anywhere so we pulled seats in front of the tv in the dining room started watching the news that was on .then the view came on ugh but I noticed the remote on a table next to us so was gonna put on some ESPN or sports talk but those channels where not available so we found some more local news . watching for a few minutes out good arrived then another waitress came and snatched the remote and put the view back on got herself her breakfast and sat down in a both and watched the view I mention to her we where watching the news she said so then 8 minutes later got up and left went in the back area.REALLY!!! The my eggs where very overcooked and griddle burned I had the smoke scramble with sausage very little sausage my friends waffles was flavor less just from the bag mix home fries where ok nice sausage links though .the waitress with black hair black glasses on Friday morning 12ish very rude .should be fighting for every customer these days such a shame .p.s I’m a executive chef for a diner and my friend manger of another . so sad to see someone contributing to the death of diners .If your a owner or management reading this get her out of there and hire a competent breakfast cook there out there .Best of luck with that customer service food can be fixed that you can’t fix .

The food was great, the portions were excellent and the service was excellent! I had the oysters which came with soup, I chose the bean and ham, it was delicious!! Best oysters around! My boyfriend had the fried haddock, it too was delicious and he had the NE clam chowder, it was delicious as well! The manager Jeremy is so friendly and out going and his Mom actually makes all the desserts!!! We had the strawberry shortcake cheesecake, sorry I forgot to take a picture of that, but it was sooo good!!! We will definitely be back!

We are from out of town and at first we were a little hesitant about a diner in a strip mall, BUT we were pleasantly surprised to experience outstanding food. We ordered breakfast for dinner and each one of us was so pleased with the food, we are definitely coming back. GO! You’ll be glad you did.

*UPDATE – they are now not answering the phone for us so we are disputing with our credit card company. $40 for hair and the wrong order is just not ok with me. AVOID this restaurant!! If you guys decide to do the right thing you have our contact information*
Ordered pickup and got the wrong items. Paid extra for turkey bacon and they gave me sausage. Was fine we order all the time and let it go. Just got a pickup order and drive 20 mins home and was missing an item and food had HAIR in it. They REFUSED a refund unless we drove 20 mins back over there to show them. When we now have to figure out other dinner because I am sickly hungry from taking my medication because I thought I was going to be eating. Absolutely unacceptable. They just lost loyal customers who order all the time. AVOID unless you’d like hair in your food and to pay up charges for items you won’t even get. So here’s your photo of the hair! Way to do business!

Hits the trademark diner scene pretty on the nose. Decent food, decent coffee, plenty of light. Was nice and clean although no diner can escape a couple spots of lingering syrup. Coffee could have gotten another top off but wait staff was friendly and helpful, kitchen waves at you as you come in.

What was once a pizza place has now transformed into a delicious diner. I ordered the breakfast sampler which had a great sized portion of food. The pancakes were the tastiest I believe I’ve ever had. Whatever batter they use it’s amazing. People were nice and food came quick. They even let us get our check partway through so we weren’t stuck waiting at all. All around a great experience and definitely looking forward to going back.

sandwiches are ok but entries are awful. I got the roast turkey and it was a joke. It was thin lunch meat and over dry stuffing with a bite size of cranberry sauce. AND I found a black hair in my food.
My husband ordered chicken parm which came out with two over cooked chicken patties with shredded Mozzarella cheese that wasn’t even melted.
