We ate here during our vacation to Breckenridge and enjoyed it. We came at a busy time, and I think they were short-staffed, so we had to wait a while for our food.
The burgers are great. They are tender and flavorful. I had the chili dog with a side of fries, and it was good as well.
Our waiter was great. He kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice, warm spot for some mid-day or evening grub! Staff wasn’t always friendly, but they got the job done. Food was excellent and in large portions.

Update we went back the next day for a pick up order at 8:20 pm. The bartender working was not very friendly from the start. We walked out and turned around to get the drinks he forgot with our order. He not only had a crappy attitude he threw our straws on the bar at us like we were dogs. Taller white dude with a beard and a hat on. We will never be back here thanks for ruining our experience here. Totally different experience than yesterday.
The Guac burger was amazing I really haven’t had a burger that good in so long and I’m from Texas!! So this place is highly recommended the buffalo wings and the chili cheese fries were also great!

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but i was super upset when i found out a day later that the server David G. Tipped himself 22% after we had told him we would leave a CASH tip. I was still willing to leave a tip even after our order was brought out almost an hour later and other groups that had came in after were getting served before us. Also at the fact that nobody came back to check on our table either throughout the whole time we were there. Make sure to check your bank account after eating here.

Me and my wife had food about 4pm. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and my wife had fish tacos. I love a good burger and this did not disappoint. We also had onion rings with skin fries with garlic mayo and bbq sauce.
The burger was unbelievably nice. Brioche bun with lovely meat with dill pickle and mayo. I thought because of the size of it I wouldn’t finish it but I did. Beautiful piece of work. Onion rings were light coated and this fish tacos were very tasty but not overpowering. We thoroughly enjoyed this food and Heinz tomato sauce on the table was ace. Thankyou Empire Burger and your great staff.

Very good burgers but messy to eat. I had a regular burger but did remove the top half of the bun, which I found to be too much. The burger was excellent and was topped with lettuce tomato, grilled onions (you need to ask), pickles, and mayo. My hubby ordered the Jalapeño Burger and enjoyed it. We shared a large order of fries but should have had the small size instead. So much food. I would recommend with reservation because of the roll.

Excellent burgers and fish tacos. The fries and dipping sauces were delicious. Our server took good care of us. Got there right at 5pm on a Monday during spring break and were seated right away. Have eaten at Empire Burger in past years and highly recommend.

Great burgers! Grabbed some to go while expoing at an event and was really happy with the timing, quality, and flavor! The fries were just fair, but the burgers make up for it! The team was friendly and ordering was easy. Recommend: Bacon Cheeseburger!
