We had an amazing experience trying the bagels here. They were fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly toasted on the outside, giving them that ideal texture you want in a really good bagel. You can tell they’re made with quality ingredients because the flavor was rich and satisfying in every bite.
There was a great variety of options, and each one we tried tasted delicious and well-prepared. The toppings and spreads were generous and paired perfectly with the bagels, making the whole meal even better.

Food is really good but their service and attitude is terrible. I order pickup frequently and by the time I get there (15-20) later, my order is never ready and they have to start it right there. What’s the point of pickup?? I assumed it would be ready by the time I go there. Very disappointing.

I come to this bagel shop almost every day, and the staff has always been very kind and welcoming. But recently there is someone new working here, and the way they treat customers is completely different. They are rude, answer with a bad attitude, and even try to charge for something as simple as a cup of ice. It’s very disappointing and makes the whole experience unpleasant.

Good bagel and chicken cutlet. Ordered with light dressing, add lettuce and tomato (all written on the slip to the kitchen). Received the sandwich with a gallon of dressing and no lettuce/tomato (despite the gall to charge extra for it). Sandwich came out of the kitchen and sat ready until I had to ask to take and pay for it. No other customers and completely poor service.
