I thoroughly enjoy a tasty bagel, I havent frequented this location in some time so this recent visit was delightful. The Chamomile tea I ordered was just what I needed, and the breakfast sandwich I ordered did not stay on my plate for long.

Stopped here after a Dr’s appointment to grab breakfast. I had the avocado toast with egg. The woman who took my order was so sweet! The food was delicious and the smoothie I also order was so good! I brought home red and green (festive black and white cookies) for my boys. I wish I had one closer to me in Orange County. The place was clean, calm and welcoming. I will be back!

I ordered breakfast over medium eggs home fries well done with turkey bacon and toast I made two orders. I only got one order and the eggs were not done right the home fries not done right and I was missing the toast, But this is not the first time. If you can’t speak English then why are you answering the phone. Smh not cool. I’m Spanish at that !

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Their prices are reasonable for the food they serve, and their açaí bowls in particular are AMAZING. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful too. I’ve never come across a rude employee here, and I’ve been coming here a lot for almost a year now. They have an extensive menu and there’s something for everyone.
They also supply the bagels for my church and everyone at church absolutely LOVES them.

Do NOT waste your money here! I keep trying to give them benefit of doubt and come back but unfortunately will not eat here ever again. Bagel stale, not toasted. Sandwich not properly cut, making everything fall out. Paid extra for hot sauce and got no hot sauce. I’d understand if it was cheaper but almost $40 for one sandwich, one bagel and two coffees…I’d like my sandwich to at least be cut properly! This isn’t the first time either. Terrible. The other locations are better

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I come here often and always the same problem. today the worker decided to be rude to me and tell me that I ordered a bagel with butter as he walked away with an attitude and rolled his eyes at me. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. maybe if they put the music down a little bit and actually pay attention to the customers rather than talking to each other so much they would understand the customers order, such a shame last time I will ever go there.

We ordered food for delivery and they messed up the order, did not include syrup for the pancakes and when I called in the manager said the next time I ordered he would replace the pancakes and make sure they provide syrup. I called in to place another order and the manager was rude and said he would not replace the pancakes anymore. I would not recommended going to this place.

I ordered a Cobb Salad and received a Cobb Salad with pink/discolored rotten eggs. The food quality is horrible. Clearly, the managers or owners of this establishment do not pride themselves on quality control and delivering fresh food. I would never order from this location again.
