Considered by many, the best Chinese restaurant in Milwaukee if not Wisconsin! It never disappoints. The serving are large. I thought I had only ordered a cup of the Hot & Sour Soup, but it was a . The Crab Rangoon were hand sized and had actual crab in it. I ordered the duck and it was served crispy and juicy. You will have leftovers and be very happy later in to eat it again. Staff are very hospitable, the restaurant with plenty of seating and a full bar in a separate area. Portraits of Emperors from Han & Cheng dynasty adorn the walls as well as lots of other Chinese artistry. Great place for larger groups to dine at.

Came here with a friend for last minute dinner plans and I’ve now found my favorite Chinese spot! The food was amazing, we ordered the sweet and sour chicken, orange peel chicken, and the pecking duck fried spring role and everything tasted amazing. The service was awesome and they were so sweet! The food came out super fast and the rice that came with was genuinely cooked perfectly. When we asked for to go boxes our waitress even packed one with more rice because she noticed we only had enough left for one person. The ambiance and decor was really cool and gave us a great dining experience. I genuinely loved the food. 10/10 would come again!!

Emperor Of China is a staple to the Brady Street community, and they deliver stellar dishes of traditional Chinese flavors that capture the epic culinary talents of Chinese cuisine, and these essential flavors come from oil, sauces, and spices. EOC offers boils, which holds amazing and exotic flavors from oils, and they offer huge portions of traditional Chinese-American dishes. Be prepared to ask for a box to take home! This place is perfect for lunch, and it’s commonly quiet, and the decor is very captivating. That is, huge Chinese vases, dark carpets, traditional Chinese dividers, and small, mahogany-colored tables are the immediate eye-catchers. And stucco-style walls are illuminated by low-light fixtures – it’s a beautiful sight! Great service and the business serves the community very well! Not to mention, EOC is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city!

A great place to have chosen for Valentine’s Day. Leary about parking but found a spot. The food was so good and plentiful. Who doesnt like a chocolate fortune cookie? So fun to be in a special atmosphere. Beautiful.

Excellent food, service and decor. The General Tsao chicken had big crispy pieces drenched in awesome sauce. The tofu was crispy outside and creamy inside, firm veg and more awesome sauce. The crab Rangoon had the biggest & best filling. Ribs and fried rice were very good. I’m coming back for crispy duck…

When we first walked in my significant other and I wondered why there were so few people in the restaurant, sadly we learned why…
Food 4/5: the portion size and quality of food was amazing. Huge portions, flavorful food and great prices.
Service 0/5 (google makes me select at least one star): Initially the service was good. Sadly at the end of our meal when signing the bill and tipping, the waitress brought over the bill and attempted to bully me into tipping a much higher amount. This interaction took me completely by surprise and was highly inappropriate!
After looking at reviews of this restaurant, it appears that this same waitress regularly does this and worse. This interaction completely ruined our experience, enough so that I called my bank to have the transaction monitored. We will not be back and we hope this review cautions others to beware of this lady.

Nice Chinese restaurant on Brady St. The service was very attentive and prompt.
I had the Orange Beef which was prepared well and came out quickly. The serving sizes were very generous too. Definitely worth a visit on the Eastside of MKE.

This place has some of the best food ever. It’s always pippin’ hot and so very good. We had vegetable fried rice, sesame seed chicken, beef and broccoli, egg foo young and sautéed green beans in brown sauce. We were all so full and satisfied. The service was good as well. I’ll be glad when we can dine in. However, we’ll have to settle for take out for now.

Very expensive. They up charge for meat but the meat was dry. egg rolls were soggy/greasy. I really wanted to like this place based on reviews but the price and quality did it for me. 84 dollars for lomein, general tsos chicken, orange chickem. Egg rolls. Pros: I did like the lo mein.
