Feeling ripped off
I went this place and will NEVER RETURN
bought 2 empanadas when I bite into it NO MEAT just a little in the bottom. They are selling Air filled empanadas for 3.75 each and I asked for a colada the guy gives me room temperature left overs from 2 silver cups instead of making me a fresh cup of coffee. I paid 11.50 and felt ripped off DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

I simply came here because of the simple fact that there were people inside. That sometimes indicates that the food is good, etc. I did the horrible mistake of coming here without looking at the reviews. First of all, the prices are expensive for no reason. Second of all, the quality of the service is really bad. Third of all, the food comes out very oily. Last of all, the prices on the menu is not what they ring you up on, it’s actually more expensive that what you see. I order a eggs, sausage and arepa and that’s it which is supposed to be $7.28 and they actually charged me $11.68. When I confronted the cashier, he said that $11.68 and that I’m wrong. He said, take it or leave it. I told him, you guys need to update the prices on the menu, he said, yeah yeah yeah whatever. The food came out super oily. It literally feels like I was drinking oil for my beverage. Horrible never coming here again and I wrote this long review so people are aware of what’s going on and not come here as well. Spend your money somewhere else

Food was really good. The employees were nice the food was delicious. Just get there earlier they were out of stuff around 8am-ish. The earlier you come the more selections and EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND FLAVORFUL.

Small, storefront with very little seating. The big sign outside just says “EMPANADAS” but I think it’s also called “Grano de Mostaza.” Very friendly people. Very good empanadas. I prefer the Argentinian style; not too crazy about the Colombian, but that’s just a personal preference. I want to go back and try the Venezuelian style. The Cuban style coffee was very good (colada). I’ll be back…will need to try all the other food they have. Little by little.
