Emmy Squared has great pizza, chicken sandwiches, salads and cocktails. The pizza is not like any other in the area. It is Detroit style. Thicccccc + Square. I normally get takeout but this was my first time eating in. We sat in the front cocktail bar area. Our service was great. On a Saturday night we didnt need a reservation (that may not be the case when the weather is nicer and people are out and about). The pizza is great -> quick plug for the spicy chicken sandwich. It. Is. Spicy. Sometimes you need a forehead sweat when eating. It is good, but it is hot. Also the salads I have gotten have all been good, they are definitely a side for me, I wouldn’t get it as my meal.

Amazing place, great pizza, my party raved about the cocktails. Also not overly expensive for what it is. I’d highly recommend to anyone that wants to sit down and have a pie. Service was also great even though the place was packed, I was really impressed.

Great Detroit-style pizza (super fluff crust) with so many customizable options. The VIP was amazing and I was able to get it without sesame—I think they’re generally pretty accommodating with topping preferences. My only qualm was that the pizza was a bit greasy so it left me with a heavy feeling. Our server was so nice, the service was great. The rooftop was my favorite part, it added so much to the experience. The elevator up was a bit scary so maybe take the stairs. I would recommend making a reservation, there were a good amount of people there.

First time visit. The location has a nice and coosy atmosphere. Service was great from Jasmine. The burger was good but for the hype we have read about it and the price, nah would not come again for the burger. But the pizza is really good! Great dough and the tomato sauce is really tasty and nice. Would gladly come back for the pizza!

The pizza is always amazing! Even when delivered, but the past two times I’ve ordered a Caesar salad delivery. It’s literally come with just salad and a side of breadcrumbs no cheese no dressing on the side no dressing at all such a waste of money.

I’ve been ordering from this Emmy Squared location consistently for the past few years and recently have had all bad experiences. They barely put sauce on their pizzas anymore, the thin layers is not enough to make up for the dough-y nature of the Detroit-style pies they specialize in. In fact, we just ordered their new Nashville hot chicken pizza and they seemed to have forgotten the sauce all together. For the pretty price tag, I may have to stop ordering delivery from here as the care and quality seemed to have gone down. If you dine here, be sure to ask for extra sauce/remind them to not skimp on it.

I’m extremely disappointed!!! Pizza was so salty my tongue was prickling for a half an hour after done eating it. The angle mushrooms pizza had no truffle sauce as usual. The crust had a metallic taste, when I looked you can clearly see the metal color from the pan. Sorry this time was not as usual.

It is always a hit or miss here. I often try to order at odd times as I’ve noticed that my pickup orders tend to be incorrect during rush times. Except recently I’ve had a few poor experiences even during the odd times. I picked up my order as they confirmed it was coming out over the phone. There was nobody in the restaurant. When I got home my pizza was ice cold and underdone. I also ordered a Caesar salad that didn’t have any of the toppings on it or salad dressing. It was $47. To make it even more difficult, they do not have anywhere to submit a compliant online for customer service, you have to call the restaurant. If I’m spending $47 on takeout at an empty restaurant, I expect my food to be up to par. I love this pizza when it’s good, but it is a huge gamble every time you come.

The service was great: they squeezed my two person, party in before a reservation and got us in and out in a quick time. The food came out hot and delicious. We got their Detroit style pizza that had a great tasking sauce and good toppings. Atmosphere was much fancier than I expected but did not feel stuffy at the same time. Nice location and would eat here again, it’s a good spot for just a nice dinner or a date.
