Excellent pizza and Nashville hot chicken sandwich. We ordered take out and the food was just as good as when we ate in the restaurant. The pizza is reminiscent of a grandma slice from New York. The sandwich had the perfect seasoning with a deep building heat.

We stopped by and had the best pizza, The crust was perfectly
crisp on the outside and soft in the middle, the sauce had real flavor and the
staff is super friendly. Our order came out hot and fast. Definitely will come back when in Tennessee again.

We really like Emmy squared pizza the crust and sauce are great. But today’s pick up to go order was pretty over cooked. Yet they still put it in a box for the customers hard earned dollars. Wish they would have taken the time to remake it. We didn’t realize till we got home. Shame on us for not checking until we got home I guess.

After two disappointing experiences, I won’t be back. I ordered the $14 salad that’s advertised to feed 2–3 people, and it feeds one adult all day long. The “croutons” are crust sitting at the bottom. It’s very misleading, I felt like I’d been punked.

This was also my second time ordering pizza here, and both times the crust was severely undercooked. The first time I thought it might have been a fluke, but it happened again—doughy, gummy, and not safe to eat. I’m concerned about the food safety aspect here, fingers crossed I don’t pay the price. It seems cooking the pizza should be the bare minimum a customer can count on.

New to Nashville, we love going into eclectic parts of the city to explore on the weekends. We dropped in at Emmy Squared with a craving for some pizza, and they did not disappoint. With a modern and minimalist atmosphere, we felt like we were back in NYC. They served a bottle of water at the table; very European and appreciated. When we arrived, it smelled mouth-watering good! A chef came out and shared with us that she was trying a new recipe for an upcoming event with Brian Cranston, and we might taste test it for her. We had the shareable Cesar salad, which we devoured. The deluxe pizza ~ large ~ came with 10 good size pieces. We took half home with us. Then, as promised, the chef brought us each out a piece of “El Jefe” to try. First of all, SO MUCH FUN! I loved that experience ~ but also her creation was delicious. It had marinated chicken, a Verde sauce, a lime crema, roasted red peppers, and cilantro. Traditionally, I’m not a tex-mex or Mexican food fan, but this pizza was really, really good! I’d order it on our next visit, if it makes the official menu. It was $40 for the two of us, but the prices are posted, so we knew going in ~ and did take plenty home for later. Thanks for a fun afternoon and spot-on pizza!

Stopped over here for a late lunch during Tomato Arts Fest. It was fairly busy, so it took a few minutes for them to catch up before seating us. We had a group of 7 but they were able to get us a table to accommodate. I split the watermelon, burrata and basil salad (on summer special) and the hamburger (on a pretzel bun?! My friends got the colony pizza (their go-to) and the brussel sprouts salad which was also great.

This place nails everything that matters. The pizza is consistently excellent—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked crust, and flavors that feel both thoughtful and comforting. What really sets it apart, though, is the service. The staff is genuinely down to earth, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling forced or scripted. You can tell they care about both the food and the people they’re serving. It’s the kind of spot where you feel comfortable lingering, knowing you’re going to leave happy and well-fed. Easily a go-to pizza place and one I’d recommend without hesitation.

A special shout-out to the General Manager, who is truly awesome. Their leadership shows in every detail—from the smooth operation to the positive energy of the staff. It’s clear they set the tone for both great service and a great work environment, and it makes a real difference in the overall experience.

I had a seasonal burger that was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Detroit style pizza with truffle cream sauce was decadent.

Very good pizza. I can’t eat cheese so I got mine with just sauce and all the toppings but it was still very very good. Yummy crust!

Hands down the best gluten-free pizza in Nashville. Most spots lean on the same tired, out-of-the-box crust, but this one? Totally in a league of its own.
