Terrific breakfast place, friendly service, prices from the past. I had a Mexican skillet and it was so tasty. You could tell they made the salsa in house. Expect to wait here for a seat as it is very popular with locals and visitors.

Favorite breakfast spot I’ve found so far in Galena as long as you are ok being outside of downtown Galena. Very fair pricing. Food is excellent and the Big Pancake (which is indeed big ) is a great add-on to an omelette

A great place for breakfast/brunch. Lots of seating for any size group. Everyone in my group of 7 loved their food. The skillets are amazing!

Decent food and great service. My son and I both loved our double cheeseburgers and fries, my other son loved his southwest wrap, but my husband thought his grilled chicken was just ok. I loved how they also had chips as an option for sides. The food was very filling. My boys and I gave it a 5 star and my husband said 3 star and said the ketchup was stale. The food was very reasonably priced. I will definitely come back.

It was hard for us to find a breakfast place in Galena, but thankful we found Emmy Lou’s Cafe. This is a nice family owned restaurant. The staff was super friendly and my breakfast skillet was delicious!

Wow – nice place to discover while exploring across Illinois. Welcoming (overworked) staff and a fast kitchen got hot food out quickly during a Saturday mid morning rush. Great sear on the med-rare steaks and excellent frenching of the toast!
