Emmy J’s is a family owned and operated pizza concept started in 2024. Focusing on using high quality ingredients and scratch making as much as possible. Using NO SEED OILS and high quality flour that has never been bleached, bromated, or enriched with folic acid we make sourdough pizza that we let ferment(cold proof) for long periods of time to make a product that doesn’t sit heavy after eating. We make East Coast inspired round pizzas as well as several square pan pizza styles. Initially open 5 days in the Revolving Kitchen foodhall in Fairview we are moving to a more mobile operation, opening Friday and Saturday in Fairview and soon to be popping up at farmers markets while be build out a good trailer. This is our second time picking up from Emmy J’s. Food is excellent. Service is great. I picked up and drive almost 15 miles with it and it still holds up. One day we’ll eat there.
I am from NY and can appreciate most pizza, but this really brings me back. The dough is excellent. The ingredients are high-quality. Everybody enjoyed the pizza. The Chicken vodka parm and the Philly cheesesteak were also great. Tallow fries were good and I’m sure they’d be excellent if you don’t have to drive 22 minutes with them. Nothing deep-fried holds up to a car ride like that. Oh, make sure when you are ordering you opt in for their house made Ranch. Top notch. I hope they continue to increase their business. Good pizza is really lacking in the area and they are putting out an excellent product with great ingredients and service.

My wife and I recently ate at Emmy J’s Pizza, and it was an outstanding experience! The crust was perfectly crispy and golden, while the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. We tried the Texas Vodka Pie with Pepperoni and Stracciatella, and the balance of flavors was incredible. Plus, the venues selection of craft sodas paired perfectly with the meal. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone craving delicious pizza! I’ll definitely be back for more. Five stars!

We ordered pizza from Emmy J’s at The Revolving Kitchen to carry out and enjoy at home. After receiving my pizza, pepperoni, I was approached by a lovely young woman and her daughter, Ms Emmy J herself!! They just wanted to meet the person who ordered their pizza. What a lovely surprise. Once I got home with my pizza and opened it up, we were overwhelmed with the amount of pepperoni on that pizza! We didn’t order extra, and the crust was delicious. We have found a new pizza place for sure. Give it a try!

Ordered a cheese NY slice. The pizza was ok. I prefer more sauce on my pizza than what they use. This was my first time ordering from here. First off, 30 minutes for a single slice is a bit ridiculous. I guess since this isn’t a standalone restaurant, it’s probably why it takes so long. It’s part of a kitchen hall/bar named Revolving Kitchen. It did say on their website, but it was in small print. Entering Revolving Kitchen for the first time was a bit confusing. To go order parking is on the right side, but pickup is on the left side of the bar. Also, no one really acknowledged me till after sitting by the host desk for 15 minutes. But that’s on the establishment and not the pizza place. Also, fyi, this is a cashless establishment. I would order again, if I had a lot of time to order ahead.

This pizza is out of this world fantastic! As someone who is very cautious with seed oils and trying to avoid filling my body full of crap, this place rocks! All fresh ingredients, you can tell everything is made in house. Absolutely amazing! My roommates agree with me, best pizza they’ve ever had!

We absolutely loved Emmy J’s Pizza! You can tell the owners have poured their heart and soul into the food. Everything is made from scratch, and the quality truly shines through. We discovered it through the Seed Oil Scouts app and were thrilled to learn they make their pizza dough from sourdough—such a rare and refreshing find!

It’s the best pizza we’ve ever had! You can taste the quality ingredients. The owners are super nice and accommodating. The sourdough crust is so good and always cooked to perfection. Our family looks forward to being loyal customers for many years to come. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal pizza! 10/10 would recommend. The owners came out and greeted us and brought a sample for us to try, it was to die for. I’m thrilled that they make everything from scratch and use olive oil instead of those plastic tasting seed oils. They really knocked their pizza out of the park and at a better price than the big chain. Going to become a regular here now.

Okay straight up, the pizza overall is the best that I’ve had in the DFW area being a snob from California my bar has been high. Don’t worry fellow Texans I shed that skin.
Now they use handmade sourdough for the crust which was amazing, The mozzarella cheese seems to be real and doesn’t seem to be full of potato starch powder (or whatever its called) which you can usually tell if it is when your mozzarella starts to brown in areas, real mozzarella doesn’t brown like that. So that was amazing! The sauce was just right. The sausage was amazing and the pepperoni came out perfect overall definitely going back there again and again for pizza.
For reference, The only other place that I’ve been able to find that’s been decent or enjoyable was Mellow Mushroom in McKinney!
Also they don’t use any seed oils and they use beef tallow!! Super big win for me, tried some of their fries, loved it!! Next time I go I’m going to try and see if they have chicken wings available done in beef tallow.
