On a cold rainy day hit up Emma’s Cafe for some warm authentic Bosnian food where you’ll be treated with a smile and where everyone is welcome. The food and service is amazing and perfect every time. The owner is great and always greets his customers and catches a quick conversation. We live 147 miles away and come here just for the ćevape (chevape). We will be coming back for years to come and I hope you will too.

Absolutely fantastic home made food. The Chef is amazing and service is warm and friendly. This was our first time trying Bosnian food and had no idea what to try, so we let the chef pick for us. The Cabbage rolls and Ćevapi were hand made and amazing and he made sure to fill you up.
If you are near the area, go here now and be sure to order the Bosnian coffee. Strong, smooth and elegant presentation with Bosnian style.

Delicious food! We got the mixed plate (half) and couldn’t finish it between the two of us. Will make awesome leftovers. Attentive service, but not too attentive. The market has some interesting finds, and lots of meats and desserts. Very quiet atmosphere, no music playing which I appreciated.

This business has to be one of my favorite places I’ve been in a long time.
I got in at 6:00 PM and was the only customer in the store,I ordered the Ćevapi, it was like a savory sausage pita sandwich with onions and some white sauce. It tasted amazing, and being the only person in the store/restaurant, the owner and I ended up having a very pleasant conversation all the way up until close! I learned about Bosnia as a country, his children and grandchildren who he obviously adored and more. Hospitality was amazing, I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to support a local business and have some great food!

My husband and I had never eaten Bosnian food before and having just moved to Twin Falls we decided to try something different.
Emma’s Cafe is amazing. There is a neat little store attached where they sell different foods and treats. Wish I had thought to get a picture of the store.
We tried some of the foods recommended by the waitress and everything was delicious and freshly prepared when ordered. We will definitely be back.
The service was great. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The chef/owner also came out to ask how everything was. We had a nice chat with him before we left.
Highly recommend Emma’s Cafe!

Bosnian food.
The food was great. The bread was awesome. My only complaint was my fault not theirs. One of the panini sandwich options was for chicken salami. I read it wrong and thought it was chicken and salmi. Honestly not a fan of chicken salmi. So my advice is don’t be me and read the description.
The service as great. The young lady who served us was very kind and polite.
Atmosphere was very quiet. It’s a small shop. So any conversation in the shop carries.
Overall we enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely delicious food and drinks! Tried the coffee and it’s delightful. Similar to Turkish coffee, but I think this is better and allows you to sweeten it to your liking. Their meats are all absolutely delicious as well. Also check out the little shop they have!

Curious about Bosnian food, we travelled from Sun Valley to Twin Falls city for lunch at Emma’s Cafe which has high ratings. It didn’t disappoint. The food was freshly prepared as you order including the bread. It was absolutely delicious and worth the 10 minutes wait while the chef prepares the food. When I told the chef/owner his food is “dangerous”, he was puzzled until I told him that it is so good that I couldn’t stop eating it! It is well worth the 80 miles drive! There is also a small corner at the cafe selling grocery and food from Bosnia, Macedonia and Europe. Prices are very reasonable for the portion and quality of food served. The chef is warm and friendly making the visit a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Emma’s Cafe serves exceptional Bosnian food with friendly service that makes it worth checking out for a good change of pace from traditional American food. I’m Polish and have eaten 100s of cabbage rolls from all the neighborhood babcias and these are among the best I’ve ever eaten. The meat is seasoned well and the paprika sour cream dressing ties it all together. The goulash was really good and dipping the soft bread into it made it a great dish. The real show stopper is the Bosnian Mixed plate. It’s a trove of meaty goodness that exemplifies expertise in sausage. The cevapi was outstanding and pljeskavica was a close second. All the sausages were well made with enough salt and fat to make you realize this is what meat heaven must be like. The owner is super friendly and a self-taught,one man show. Emma’s really is in the running for my best meal of 2025. Stop in for yourself and indulge in some exceptional food home made with care! Do NOT miss out on this one!!!
