A gem in a strip mall. Very cute and delicious European inspired bakery, coffee and smoothie shop. The staff is very friendly and patient for 1st timers who may be overwhelmed by all the choices. Have yet to taste a croissant I didn’t like here. Special menu items on Friday & Saturdays are worth the wait.
Great location to grab a special occasion cake with a hilarious selection of greeting cards and add-on gifts like tea or shelf stable German/Italian treats.

Desserts are all priced under $10. Depending on your selection, the cost per person may increase. I particularly appreciate their bite-sized options. However, I must admit that over $3 per piece seems a bit high for their size, especially when a full-sized item is under $7. We did sample a few different varieties, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was challenging to hear the staff speaking. I have a hearing impairment, but even others in my group found it difficult to hear over the loud music. Perhaps lowering the music and encouraging staff to speak more audibly would be beneficial. Aside from that, the staff were very patient with us as first-time visitors. We will most certainly be returning. I didn’t capture any photographs, but the ones listed on here from a couple of years ago are still true today.

An absolute gem of a bakery. Just moved here from Ohio, THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH. The almond croissant and bear claw are to DIE for. I 1000% recommend. The only complaint I have is they run out of the almond croissant and bear claw very quickly. If you put a to go order in for 11ish, it isn’t promised. I once had an order cancel a half an hour before pick up time at 11:30am, after I woke up at 7:30am to get my order in. It was so sad. But the almond croissant and bear claw are a must!!!

Love, love, love their pastries and baked goods. We’ve tried many different of their items, haven’t tried one thing we didn’t like. I down rated their atmosphere because they only have outdoor seating

OMG! This Lil joint is AWESOME! It’s a bakery I needed something hot to take to the beach when I walked in I figured I was gonna get something sweet and hot drink I told her was gonna run to the daily income back Delhi didn’t have soup so I came back in and she said we have soup the most awesome lentil soup I have ever had it was so good! She offered me some bread to go with it and made me the most stupendous mocha coffee with a shot of black cherry and I got some chocolate bottom macaroons. This place is a hidden treasure I highly recommend their sweets are decadent looking But from what I had they must be amazing.
I only wish I got the female servers name.
She was absolutely sweet very accommodating and a joyful smile even behind her mask. My God I just ate one of the macaroons with the chocolate bottoms To die for!!!
Back Again for more goodies n goodness new pics excellent service.

Amazingly delicious and beautiful pastries! I had an espresso and the Apricot Almond Square — apricot halves, on a light, flaky pastry. The best!! The chef also makes mini versions of most of the pastries that are perfect for the dessert table at holiday parties, like his mini (about 2 bites) lemon meringue pies and colorful fruit tarts. They also have a nice selection of quiches, croissants, freshly baked breads and rolls too. Very friendly staff. Shaded little outside tables to sit down and enjoy your pastries and coffee. There’s also a small European deli section inside with excellent jams, including hard to find rosehip jam/fruit spread from Germany. At the back of the shop is a wall of hilarious (some NSFW) greeting cards –much funnier cards than you’ll find at the drug store! Laughter is the best medicine, along with a delicious pastry!

Based on a recommendation from an Austrian friend, he said to go to Emil’s and try the croissants and bread. I was very impressed with the items I ordered, the chocolate croissant and baquette. Standing in line, a gentleman came in and grabbed a Rasberry Granola Bar immediately, and I asked if they were good. He insisted they were the best, so I added one for a snack today. The store is packed with German fruit preserves and sour krout along with a whole section of amazing pastries. There are half dozen small tables on the patio for those who can’t wait to get the pastries home.
Update: get there early am to score fresh bread

Great service and yummy delights. Traveling to CA I always try to find spots I can’t get at “home”. Emils was on my drive to my hotel stay and my son and I really enjoyed what we got. There were so many options was hard to choose from and coffee was good!

Great bake shop. I tried their croissant boy where they were great. I’ve tried others’ pastries and were good their teramisu could use stronger coffee over a great bakery
