Recommend. This was a nice place with some really delicious food and friendly people/service. Nothing fancy inside — pretty chill.
My wife and I are new(er) to the Henderson area, and we’re trying all the pizza spots to find something akin to what are used to back east (Philly/South Jersey area so you have an idea of what we’re used to). I can give a thumbs-up to this place.
First, the ingredients are *FRESH*! You taste every topping. The sausage on my Bada Bing pizza wasn’t crumbled — it was sliced Italian sausage. Man, I love that! The green peppers had some crunch and tasted like green peppers instead of a heated mush. Same for the onions. My wife said the same thing about her pepperoni and black olives. You taste it all. That made my day.
The dough is just a little more bread-like than I’m used to instead of being a little more dense, floppy, and foldable, but it was still super-delicious, nonetheless. And the leftovers tasted just as good the next morning.
My one disappointment, though, was my order of garlic parm wings. I was specific in asking if they were sauced and not just wings sprinkled with parmesan cheese and minced garlic. I was assured they were sauced, but nope. However, I’ll give them marks for some freshly minced garlic cooked up right then and there. Again, *FRESH*! Man, it makes a difference and eased my disappointment. Next time I’ll just try the regular Buffalo wings.
Super-friendly folks, too. I’ll be back, for sure, to try some of their other specialty pizzas and maybe a sub. Recommend.

Loved this place so much. This is the best pizza in Vegas. We also had the wings and cheese bread. Everything was delicious. Service was wonderful as well. Lots of Pizza to chose from and the wings were very good with quite a few choices on sauces. We have been to most of the pizza places in Vegas and this one was very good. They also had a lot of Italian food to choose from so it’s just not Pizza.

If I were writing this review a year ago, this would be a much different story, but a lot has changed at this place in the last year, and not for the better. I first moved to Henderson in Sept of 2024, and started going here as a regular the following month after trying it on a whim as it was close by my house. The original owner was a quiet wizard that didn’t say much but took pride in the food he made. You’d be lucky if he cracked a smile from time to time but the quality of the food, taste, etc. and regular staff he had did his talking for him. The staff he hired was incredibly attentive and kind and easily approachable, there wasn’t much to say on the negative side other than jokes aside I would have loved a little more sauce on my pizza from time to time haha. I learned from a couple of the older staff members that the original owner had retired and sold the business earlier this year (2025). Like most people who have witnessed Kitchen Nightmare-style changes to a business that changes ownership, I feared the worst. It started small with subtle dips in quality of food, things not tasting quite as good for some reason I couldn’t always put my finger on, things being inconsistent in quality or taste. It then progressed to getting food not fully cooked (or even still cold) consistently and being given the death stare and side eyes when politely asking to have it remade… and yes, actually politely, not playing the victim card here. Eventually, I began to notice a lot more new faces that weren’t nearly as kind and as attentive as the old staff and even the old staff starting to change their mood just for having to be around all the changes and negative atmosphere. Given everything that’s happened or changed there, I’m afraid to say I cannot recommend Emilio’s anymore. For whatever my opinion is worth to you, I feel that you’d get better food of a similar variety, and aside from some of the few remaining older staff members, even better service too from a Domino’s… and that is tragic.

Last night I ordered takeout: a sausage pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a Chocolate cake and it was so delicious! The mozzarella sticks were made fresh, you can see they still had that fantastic cheese pull by the time I got home. The sausage pizza delicious, I really like the crust. I also ordered chocolate cake and it was more of a mousee pie, but it was still really good!
On a separate occasion, I ordered their tiramisu which they only have on Friday – Sunday. It was the best tiramisu I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it.
Pick up was easy, the cashier and cook were friendly. The shop is clean and smells like fresh pizza.

I posted a great review about a year ago after a great pizza experience at this restaurant. At that time there was a very nice Italian family running the restaurant which impressed me as far as authenticity is concerned. I made the decision at that time to try their pasta on my next visit, figuring it would be very good. Last night I did so and was very disappointed! I ordered pasta with sausage and got pasta in mediocre tomato sauce with slices of pizza topping sausage! NO! Don’t throw together an Italian pasta dish using pizza toppings! And then charge a lot of money for it. Bottom line, not impressed and can no longer recommend this place. By the way, the Italian family was not there this time. Not sure if they sold the business.

We came in to eat and the food was delicious. Customer service was great and we truly enjoyed our experience. We do have one small suggestion for the owner—not meant to be rude at all. It would be helpful if the server wore a uniform or appeared a bit more presentable and spoke a little louder, as it would make communication easier. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely come back.

The pizza here is absolutely amazing. They use high quality ingredients so you won’t feel sick and lethargic after eating it like you would with many pizza chains. Emilio and his crew make the dough 2 days ahead, no frozen premade stuff. The staff are friendly and attentive. I had their chicken Alfredo pizza probably 6 times within a few weeks after discovering this place. Can’t wait to go back.

Delicious, Sicilian style, Italian! Being from the east coast, we’ve been looking for something reminiscent out this way. We’ve found mostly Tuscan style Italian here. I got the Baked Ziti with a side of Meatballs. My partner got the calzone. Everything was made fresh and the portions were generous! Can’t beat having dinner and lunch the next day! Will definitely be back!
