Our visit to emilios was amazing! its such a cute hidden spot, the interior is clean and has plenty of seating. We got a spread of pizzas and apps to try and everything was amazing. We didnt expect them to cook the wings in the brick oven too which came out amazing. From the wings, pizza and service, everything was perfect! Will def be coming back!

This pizzeria is located in a Little corner off of Shaw Road. I found it by using Google maps when we arrived we were promptly greeted politely and professionally by the gentleman behind the counter Emilio‘s brick oven pizza smells exactly like a pizzeria. The brick oven is very neat. I decided to try a pizza of theirs and some chicken kebabs from their appetizer menu. Both were very delicious and made for a full portion serving. I wish I would’ve known about this place a while ago will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Overall 7.6/10
This takeout experience featured a well-maintained dine-in area that, despite its slight messiness, upheld a high standard of presentation reminiscent of a classic pizza shop. The brick oven added a cool touch. The website was user-friendly, with clear descriptions and an easy checkout process. Service was efficient with a friendly and hardworking staff member, ensuring the food was ready on time.

Chicken Kabob 7.9/10
The chicken kabob was exceptional, featuring perfectly charred, fresh meat and vegetables. It was complemented by a tasty sauce, all at a reasonable price, delivering excellent quality and flavor.

Cheese Pizza 6.9/10
The pizza had good flavor with less flop, benefiting from the option to order it well-done via the website. The crust was tasty, and the overall lack of excess oil made for a pleasing eating experience.

Mozzarella Sticks 7.9/10
These weren’t your average mozzarella sticks; they were uniquely made and fresh, topped with Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavor. They were high quality, delicious, and well-priced, reflecting great care in their preparation.

A Slice of Italy in the Heart of Sterling!

From the moment you step into Emilio’s Brick Oven Pizza, you’re transported straight to a peaceful corner of Italy. The ambiance is warm, relaxing, and authentically charming — perfect for a quiet dinner or a family night out.

The hand-made pizzas, baked to perfection in a traditional brick oven, are nothing short of culinary art. Each bite bursts with flavor, and you can truly taste the craftsmanship in every slice. The menu also boasts an impressive selection of wines, spirits, and kid-friendly beverages, making it a great spot for all ages.

Service here is world-class — attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The cook even came out to greet us with a smile, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Clean restrooms and ample parking are the cherry on top.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience that blends top-tier service, delicious food, and a serene Italian atmosphere, Emilio’s is the place to be. Highly recommend — this gem is a must-visit!

I decided to try this place, drawn by a craving for chicken wings. While the ambiance was unique and inviting (it has a great homey feel), and the customer service was adequate (typical transaction/chat between staff), the food was quite disappointing.

The chicken wings definitely needed better seasoning, and I’ve had superior wings elsewhere. The Al Pesto pizza was a major letdown and I strongly advise against ordering it. Overall, I was unhappy with the food quality and cannot recommend eating here.

Maybe it was a off day but it was not for me. The pizza did not look like it came out of a brick oven as you can tell from the pics and the wings I ordered were hard enough to break your teeth. Hopefully everyone else had a better experience.

All-in-all, it was very good. The process used to make the pizza makes for a very good pizza and also allows for very quick service. I will constructively say that fresh or local ingredients will absolutely add to the quality and appeal; fresh mozzarella and higher quality pepperoni/sausage would really drive it to a top-tier pizza.

Staff were very friendly but I spent $11 on these mozzarella sticks. They were all busted open and most only had a thin layer of cheese. The pizza was fine not my favorite but I could see the appeal. Overall I don’t think I would recommend this place. Maybe I just came on a bad day but I did not experience the 5 star pizza most reviews gave

We came for dinner while traveling and it did not disappoint. My kids say it’s the best food they’ve ever had and I would agree. The meal was delicious and the service was wonderful. The portion sizes are huge. We got the chicken kabobs for an appetizer and she warned us it would take a while to cook, and it did. But man, it was MORE than worth the wait. Just amazing! We travel here often and look forward to coming back.

I tried the Julian, which had pepperoni, sausage, onions, and tomatoes. The brick oven style pizza really hit the spot. All the flavors meshed together, and none overpowered the others.
There was only one employee running the cashier and the oven on the front side, which was ok because it was slow when I went in. She was nice and helpful. She worked very well on the phone, registered, and oven. My food was actually done faster than I thought it would be.
The atmosphere was laid back because it was close to closing. But the other customers that came in were help quickly and served efficiently. Overall, I really like this place and I would go back.
