Had an amazing experience at Emilia’s! The ambiance is warm and inviting with perfect lighting that sets the tone for a relaxed but elevated dining experience. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable but know you’re in for something special.

The service really stood out, our server paid close attention to every detail without ever being overbearing. Everything felt intentional and well timed.

The appetizers were unique and full of flavor, not your typical starters which was appreciated. For my main course, I had the Duck Cannelloni and it was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked, rich, and packed with flavor. Truly fire.

Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow, just wow. Incredible experience from start to finish. If you try anything let it be the Burrata and Butternut pumpkin squash soup!!
Our service was too notch, Xavier was our waiter and man did he deliver the service! Very attentive and informative on suggestions. Another waitress with blonde hair took the time to assist us and even take photos of our anniversary!
HIGHLY recommend, we will be back!

A Story of Redemption…. Valentine’s Day Brunch. My wife & I dine at lots of places in DFW, a lot of GOOD restaurants. Long before Billy Bob and the gang from Landman come to Cowtown we knew where to go for the best of Fort Worth. For Valentine’s Day, I had reservations at one of my wife’s favorite places for brunch, Emilia’s in the Crescent Hotel. We’re greeted by Emily and shown to our table. We’re sitting and talking, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, no waiter, no water, no nothing. They are busy, but not packed. After 15 minutes, we decide to leave. No scene, no yelling. I stop at the Hostess podium and ask to speak with the Manager. I nicely explain to Denardo, (Donaldo maybe?) what happened and why we were leaving, I told him I thought this would be a good Training Opportunity for his staff. He listened intently and apologized for the mistake, I could tell he genuinely felt bad about what happened. Then he said, Please, It’s Valentines, let me make it up you. Come have brunch on me, please give us another chance. -Listen, You can find great food and wonderful ambience in lots of places, but when you find real people and outstanding customer service, that’s the place you want to be! Our waiter, TJ made sure of everything, he really is the consummate professional and such a nice guy too! None of us are perfect, we all make mistakes. Whenever I make a mistake, I so thankful when someone gives me a second chance.
We all deserve a second chance. Because Denardo cares about his customers, he turned things around and we had a great Valentine’s Day and have a Great story to tell! Oh and the Red Velvet Pancakes were Fabulous! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Had an amazing dinner at Emilia’s in the Crescent Hotel (Fort Worth) and tried several things off their summer menu!! Everything was so well thought out and delicious. After chatting with the staff, you can really tell how intentional and passionate they are about the dishes and the ingredients that go into them.

Our server, Kevin, was kind and knowledgeable. We even got the chance to chat with Chef Preston, which made the experience even more special. He shared that the meatballs are made with a special blend of six different proteins (wowww!!) and finished with this creamy house-made parmesan cheese foam. The grilled bread that comes with it is perfect for layering with the meatballs, sauce, and cheese for a complete bite!

Arancini has always been a favorite of mine, so we naturally had to order it. I really enjoyed the hint of creamy eggplant inside that perfectly compliments the cheesy risotto ball. The broccolini was simple but so flavorful, and the pistachio pesto paired with was a standout— I need a jar of it asap!!

The potato gnocchi was rich, with a bold romesco sauce balanced by creaminess. The whole bronzino was light, flaky, and not fishy at all. The skin was perfectly crispy and paired well with the mild, buttery fish inside. I’m not even usually into cooked fish, but I’d 100% order this again. The creamy leeks underneath made a really nice savory sauce to scoop up with the fish and veggies (plus shishitos yummm!!)

The braised beef rib was super tender, and the buckwheat polenta cake was a unique and nice pairing for the dish. It reminded me of a savory cornbread with a crispy exterior and soft center.

For dessert, we had the tiramisu and white chocolate cheesecake. Both were great, but I had to try the tiramisu since it’s one of my all-time favorites! Made the traditional way, with thick layers of mascarpone cream, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a lush layer of cocoa powder on top — it was a fantastic closer to the evening.

Wine-wise, I absolutely loved the Auntsfield Sauvignon Blanc — juicy, crisp, and without being too sweet. A great summer wine, I loved it so much I even asked our server, Kevin if I could take a pic of the bottle haha!

Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and full of heart. Highly recommend Emilia’s for a special night out or if you’re looking for a meal that’s both elevated and approachable in an elegant yet cozy setting!

Emilia’s in downtown Fort Worth is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and upscale without being pretentious. The attention to detail in both the decor and the service is outstanding.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their craft.

Gotta be honest and tell you this was quite a pleasant surprise. Most hotel restaurants are nothing special. Forget that when you visit Emelia. The wine by the glass list you can avoid and go straight to the wine list and find some really eclectic options on the wine by the bottle list. Next the menu. Short rib bolognese with housemade rigatoni was superb! Although I did not order a dessert the flourless cake looked amazing and tasted better according to my wife. Staff gets it too. Our waiter brought us a glass of bubbly when he discovered one of our dishes was not prepared gluten free. Then one of the busboys filled our water glasses and he was a hoot especially when he took a sincere interest in what we ordered for dessert. Book it. Not to be missed

Be ready to shell out money. We went for the brunch.
I’ll start with the food as I have a few choice words about the drinks.
I ordered the 2 egg meal. It’s basically the same as Waffle house only the potato is a fancy Gallete in stead of hash browns. I added sausage. There was nothing special making this a $15 meal plus another $7 to add the sausage. It was good but I’m sorry, this meal at Waffle House is just as good for half the price.
My wife got the avocado toast. She said it had no flavor. $19 for flavorless toast? We make the same thing at home and add a delicious vinaigrette over ours. That might have made this better but still not worth the price.
Our waitress was great, the place is very beautiful.
It was hard to find at first. We pulled in where we thought there would be valet parking but no one was out there and no signs. We turned around and then finally found it.
Now the drinks! Charging $20 for a drink is crazy. I guess the real crazy is the folks who pay that for a drink. Most of the liquor used in those is only a few dollars more for an entire bottle. I get $10-12 for a good cocktail but $20-22 is absolutely insane. I’m so tired of restaurants doing this and I refuse to pay that.

I have money, I can afford to eat here but the food and pricing do not match. I would never come back. But if you’re wanting to spend some cash and try a new place put it on your list.

My husband and I just had brunch here for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall.

Our server recommended the red velvet pancake special, but it was very lackluster. I didn’t finish it, and my husband didn’t enjoy it either. I also ordered a bagel, which was served with cream cheese that had visible mold on it. When I brought it to their attention, it was dismissed as “foil,” which was concerning.

We were given complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries, I’m assuming to make up for this, but neither of us cared for them.

What was most concerning, however, was the hygiene we observed. Our server and another staff member repeatedly rubbed their faces and noses without washing their hands before handling food. There was also frequent sneezing and coughing among staff, which made us uncomfortable.

On a positive note, the cocktails were very good, my husband enjoyed his steak and eggs, and our server was a kind young man.

Unfortunately, the food quality and sanitation issues overshadowed the positives for us.

Beautiful modern decor. Friendly staff. The brussel sprouts were excellent, some of the best i have ever had. My husband had the short rib rigatoni pasta and is was delicious. I had the half chicken and didn’t like the seasoning that was rubbed on it. I scraped it off and ate the chicken. But I would not order that again or recommend the half chicken. It definitely needs different seasoning. Everything was pretty expensive. But it was our valentines dinner and we enjoyed it.

The atmosphere was amazing — a great location with a modern, chic, and beautifully presented space. The menu offers a good variety, and the quality of the food is very good.
The service was excellent, striking the perfect balance between friendly and professional.
My only negative comment — and this is partly a matter of personal taste — concerns the pizza Margherita. Traditionally it does not include garlic, but this version had a lot of it. If the restaurant chooses to add garlic to the sauce, this should be clearly stated on the menu. The pizza was also slightly burnt. It was still enjoyable, but not quite at the high standard the rest of the restaurant sets.
On a very positive note, the budino al pistacchio is absolutely to die for — truly delicious and highly recommended.
Parking might be an issue.
