The market has a great selection of quality wines. On Wednesday and Friday evenings, the Market hosts wine tastings from 5-7pm. Appetizers are also provided at no cost. The featured wines are 15% off on the tasting nights! Great outing to learn more about wine and socialize with other visitors and also many residents of Emerald Isle. Wine vendors alternate so the wines are different every tasting.

Nice place with a good selection of beer, wine and even f’real milkshakes. Also, greeted by for the staff upon entering. Unfortunately when asking about coffee, of which they have a great selection of beans, I was referred to their Keurig machine. Seems like they did not want to make a fresh pot. Granted, it was 3:00 p.m. but to me this is not acceptable.

I can’t speak to the wine, but they have a fantastic beer selection, easily the best I’ve found in the area so far. Everything in a 6-pack can be broken up to build your own 6-pack. All beer prices are also fair, given a small “vacation destination” increase.

A cool little place to visit in Emerald Isle for the wine lovers!
It’s sort of a surprise since it is located in half of a convenient store…. a true gem to be found! This little treasure is located in the outskirts of the Holiday Trav-l park at Emerald Isle. We saw on an activities list that there was a beer tasting going on at the Emerald Isle Wine Market. When we walked in, we were taken back since in the corner of the little store was a bar and about 15 people waiting to taste the beer from the distributor that came to pour for the tasting.
We took part in the tasting of Coney Island Craft Lager (got a free beer glass-yay!) and I ventured around looking at the hundreds of wines that the market had to offer. This was a fabulous, well-stocked, wine market. They had wines from all over the world and a great NC wine section. The staff is knowledgeable and will help pair a bottle with any meal you are having.
Neat little place to stop in….not so much to hang out.

Does anyone out there know how hard it is to find Sexual Chocolate by Foothills Brewery? If you know what I am talking about you feel my pain. They not only reserved a bottle for me but the owner helped me pick out some gifts for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Highly recommend.
