I’ve been coming here since it opens and usually run into Kyla. She’s always super friendly and her smoothies are the best. The whole staff has been really great. The store is nice and clean and bonus. It has a restroom in it so glad that there’s an emerald city smoothie here in Sumner.Bb

I only go to the independently owned bonney lake emerald city smoothie, because they’re smoothies are simply amazing. They taste exactly like what they should taste like based on the ingredients listed. I thought I would check out this location since they had just opened up in hopes that they weren’t like the previous locations I’ve been to that add a decent amount of water to their smoothies. I thought I was going to get exactly what I was looking for today which was a yummy smoothie, until I witnessed the girl squeezing in at least 2-4 ounces of water while it was blending. YUCK !!! Nothing like paying 8$ for fruit flavored water. So disappointing. If you’re reading this review, trust me and check out the location mentioned above as there is a huge difference in taste and customer service.

Always greeted when I come in no matter how busy it gets. It was a slower day today it seemed like, and the girls working the counter took the opportunity to ensure the place was clean, neat, and tidy. I didn’t even see a supplement that was out of place along the wall. Smoothies are always a 10/10 and made quickly if you’re in a rush. The people who work here are the reason I come in to support the business because they put every effort possible into making sure your experience there is a great one.

I had a similar experience as another reviewer and received what I’d call an ice smoothie. No flavor whatsoever. I was excited for there to be a new Emerald City close to home but the smoothie was un-drinkable. I didn’t try it until I got to work so didn’t have time to go back and ask for a new one. Never have I had this issue at this chain before but it sounds like it may be a reoccurring issue that needs to be looked into. The employee was very nice and the place was very clean at least.

Random drive by and saw their open sign lit and was told just opened 10/24. Finally a convenient location for between Tapps and Sumner. As always friendly staff and good smoothies. Heads up, This location uses phone # for rewards vs the BL stamp card.
