Absolutely amazing, from the atmosphere, service and food. Each dish was a perfect representation of Cuban cuisine re-imagined. All the dishes were fantastic, however , some of my personal favorite that were absolute divine were the Sebastian silver oyster and yuca, and the cocada baracoense. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

This restaurant is a really unique experience. The tasting menu spans a wide variety of flavors with each dish. Presentation of everything is phenomenal including the incredible plates, bowls, and cups. The service is very polished but it is not stuffy. The chef and staff are really friendly and attentive.
You definitely don’t have to worry about going home hungry. The amount of courses and portion sizes are very generous for this kind of tasting menu.
I will definitely want to come back for another special occasion and I don’t think there is anything else like it in palm beach county.

Emelina is trying for something very ambitious, which is elevating Cuban influences into the stratosphere of multi-Michelin-star fine dining. Although this restaurant is still very new, I believe they are very much on track to achieve those stars. I had no idea what I was in store for, and you should let go of any conceptions of what you will experience based on any prior experience you have had with Cuban food. This is fine dining at its best, with imaginative dishes, flavors always delicately balanced, but unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. That’s when the description of the restaurant makes sense: this is the Chef’s imagining of what heights Cuban food *could* have achieved in an alternate universe with a prosperous Cuba with a thriving fine dining industry. It’s a beautiful idea that clearly drives their passion, here.
