All seafood dishes were very fresh. The Cajun dish could have been spicier or a little stronger flavor. It would be nice if they offered some disposition apron to prevent your dress from getting messy. However we asked for the latex gloves which helped a lot. I love their Seafood Tower – plenty of raw pacific oysters and others goodies such as whole lobster, Alaskan King Crab and fresh Uni. Their pastas were so amazing with rich and creamy sauces, you can literally smell the ocean while having the Uni pasta. Staffs were so friendly and attentive but we had to ask for fresh plates when they were overwhelmed with all kind of sauces on them.
Five stars would be given if they could bring out more flavor on the Cajun dish and provide more proper tools to execute the shell fishes without messing your favorite shirt.
The $1.75 oysters during happy hour was such a good deal, we ordered 18 of them and we wanted more! Some oysters are pretty small tbh, but they were all really fresh and you can see the kitchen staff opening those oysters one by one, freshly opened as you see.
They have a seafood/ cold dish bar with salads and some potato salad… then we have the raw bar with the Peruvian scallops (SO GOOD), the oysters (limit 4 per plate, just come back for more after you’re done), some clams. They also had snow crab legs, mussels, and an assortment of sushi rolls in this section.
The cooked foods has a good amount of items as well !! There was prime rib, rack of lamb, PORK BELLY (omfg), porridge, clam chowder, beef cubes, MUSHROOM TRUFFLE PASTA (was amazing).
I’m just naming some of the items but it was a nice assortment and I was overall happy. The oyster Rockefeller was good too, for ones who preferred a more cooked oyster.
They also had a lovely fruit, dessert, and made to order crepe bar. If you’re feeling the breakfast side .. they also have french toast, hash browns, bacon and sausages etc.
Last but not least, they have a made to order menu on the table — it has a few great omelette options although I was focused on other things to try it. They also walk around with mini lobster rolls – YOU HAVE TO HAVE THIS ! And each person gets an order of baked half lobster.
One more thing: you HAVE to try the oyster flan.
Overall it was such a good experience and I will be back again with family! Not to mention, it’s ALL YOU CAN DRINK MIMOSAS!
Happy brunching.
My cousin also had her baby with her and no changing tables in the bathrooms and when we asked they didn’t have any recommendations on where else we could go to change baby.
As for food quality it was okay we had the Oysters ,salmon sushi roll , ahi sashimi, brussel sprouts, steak and pork dumplings. I would say the brussel sprouts and ahi sashimi was pretty good out of all the things we had. The cucumber martini was pretty good as well.
Would I come back here for another dining experience or recommend this sushi bar to anyone? Probably not just not a memorable experience at all for me to say we should definitely come back here.
Service was perfectin the beginning from bringing out water to taking our order and food came out promptly and fast. But since my party was big. There was alot of food on the table and when we had finished a dish we needed dishes cleared off the table but no was around to take our dish away. So we had alot of empty plates on our table.
Overall this place was ok. I don’t know what the rave out this place was about.
