I love that this small town offers a business like this. It’s a cute little hole in the wall in a historic part of town, and the protein shakes are delicious. I recommend the Buckeye. It’s crazy that something that delicious can be so few calories with so many benefits. I will go here again.

I’ve visited Embrace Nutrition for years! They have amazing smoothies (I always go back to the Reese’s pieces). They also have kids sizes which makes me happy because my kids love it too. Did I forget the teas? They are full of healthy energy, and they are so fruity and delicious. As a single mom of three, I can use all of the energy I can get!
