A friend brought me to try out the brisket sandwiches, and I opted for some mac n cheese as a side. Wow, what a great last meal to bookend a Mammoth trip! The owner recommended we try out the cheddar-jalapeño elk sausage; I’m glad we took him up on it, because it was 10/10 delicious. Highly recommend stopping by and trying out the BBQ here — I know I am (again)!

The food is I will always recommended this place for whoever is coming or will come to Mammoth. The owner is super friendly and he is the best chef. You will have to be patient since he is the only one working, but his work with care and detail will make your heart full when you eat the meal. Worth the wait for sure, me and my friends came 2times for only 2days we in town.
Highly recommend to get the grilled chicken and bean on the side. I tried all his food and all the side but those two are my favorite. The rest is all very delicious too. As a person never eat bean, his bean is one of the best thing I’ve tried omg, you need to try it

Found this hidden gem in Mammoth and had to share. Drake, the owner, is one of the friendliest people you’ll meet and truly cares about his food and customers. The BBQ was AMAZING! easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Smoky, juicy, full of flavor. If you’re in Mammoth, don’t miss this spot.
