It was my girlfriend and I’s first time coming to Embers and it was alright. I really liked the atmosphere and the server we had was great.
I was a little disappointed in the food though. We got two sushi rolls, the Kobe Roll and the Haiwaiian Roll. The sushi was pretty good, especially the Kobe roll. I enjoyed the savory and spicyness of the roll and it had a great fresh crunch with the jalapeños, but our entrees did not impress us. My girlfriend ordered the Pan Seared Filet Mignon with Gnocchi and the gnocchi was just fine as well as the steak was OK. I had ordered the Roasted Amish Chicken Breast and the chicken was great! It was super moist and crisp on the top, but the Risotto that came with was bland.
I will say it was a decent meal but for the price I expected more. If you are looking for a great place to celebrate an occasion, I might recommend somewhere else for the price.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We ordered 6 different sushi rolls and they were all delicious. Best sushi I’ve had in Ohio, maybe best I’ve had anywhere. The cocktails were great as well and the crab cake appetizer was amazing. The service was spectacular, our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. My husband took me here for my birthday and when the waitress heard we were there celebrating, she gave us a dessert on the house. That being said, the creme brûlée was the best I’ve ever had, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone we know!

Went for Happy Hour with a group of 7 right at 4. The place was empty and we had no problems getting a seat at the bar. Service was great, they kept drinks topped off and food coming, and were very friendly. Food and drinks tasted great too. Very happy with the trip!

Our first time dining at Embers. Very pleased with the service and food, and a decent value for a more upscale venue. Bobby the manager was very helpful when I called regarding reservations. Four of us dined and all enjoyed their entrées. I will go back, even though it is a 90-minute drive. Very pleased overall and a nice happy hour in the bar.

Our waiter was Rob, and he was amazing. All of his suggestions were on point. We went there for our anniversary and it was a perfect dinner. My wife and I will for sure be visiting again for sure. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

My wife said the Mac and cheese was the best she ever had just saying.

My waitress was Taylor-Ann. I just have to write a review about my first visit. The chef nailed the “med-rare” dead perfect. The gratin potatoes were layered nicely but a touch on the dry side. However, I acknowledge this is a dish that takes about 4 hours of preparation. But I have to tell you that I have visited after getting out of the hospital. On this night I needed a nice waitress. I needed a very positive waitress, and Taylor-Ann was a ray of sunshine, a beautiful person, meaning her good spirit. I can tell a number of the other wait staff would have been just as professional, but not really the happy spirit I needed to be in touch with tonight. Honestly, most of them looked a bit bored, unenthused. Now there were no inuendos, nothing flirtatious, nothing but sincerity, good intentions, and happiness. She made no pretentions about the wine list, and I never felt like she was trying to upsell me on some crappy wine that you might want to offload. I’m sure that if you fired the others and cloned Taylor-Ann that you would be the number one wait staff in the world. Thank you. $125. Easy location to find. I would suggest that for the prices, you could have a little rhythm duet or a piano player. I’ll be going back. I’ll be asking for Taylor-Ann and med rare.

Nice place for a celebratory occasion. The atmosphere is great and everyone is very friendly. It’s well lit, not too hot or too cold, but after about an hour the chairs (we had a 4 top and not a booth, which is fine) are not very comfy. I had the chicken which was good, not outstanding but good. The three red meat eaters all had steak. I was told the filet was a bit dry and the ribeye didn’t have a lot of flavor (he said it could have used some butter in the sear). We also started with sushi which was good but could have been rolled better, it basically fell apart when we picked it up. I was also told the duck fat fries were really good. I doubt we’d frequent again, it was pricey and there are better cuts of meat elsewhere.

Went for our anniversary. The service was excellent, drinks were good and the sushi we had as an appetizer was excellent. Wasn’t real impressed with my steak, had the ribeye and it was kind of tough. The sauce that was on it was very oily too and didn’t add anything to the flavor.
