The burgers were amazing! Crispy, fresh vegetables, perfectly done meat with great flavour, and a very nice, soft bun!
I should ding them for their fry cook though; over half the fries were so overcooked as to be inedible, but it was *right* before closing time and I’m sure they’re shorthanded (everyone is!) That being said, the ones you could eat were pretty good, the potato is almost sweet. Onion rings were similarly overdone, and I was a little disappointed in the quantity for a large, especially compared to the fries. They were good tho
It took less than 20 minutes for 4 burgers, a platter, sides and dessert, and it was all hot and freshly prepared.

Good first impression. I’ve been there couple times now and staff was friendly. The burgers were pretty good. I think the fries are lot better. They are fresh cut. For the price and service I think is a great place for a quick lunch break.

Came by again to get that double burger combo and once again, I was absolutely impressed!!! I am convinced that these are some of the absolute best burgers in the CSRA. Don’t sleep on this place, stop by and give them a try!
I am giving Embers five star! Stopped by today and got a double burger combo. The patties were homemade, seasoned well and tasted good. Prices are very good. Staff was extremely friendly. Good selection of food. This is definitely my new burger place for sure. Stop by and give them a try!

Food is good. Bacon cheese burgers good and juicy. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was my onion rings were very soggy greasy. They always have great fries and onion rings. Service great. Atmosphere is nice and we very seldom see it crowded. The great thing is they have a outside window for ordering take out.

I’ve had my fair share of hamburgers in the Augusta area because it’s my favorite food, and I keep returning to Ember’s. The ingredients are fresh and the burger is always cooked perfectly. It’s not swimming in condiments and it’s not salty. It’s just a perfect and simple hamburger. The beef patty is thick while the bun is lightly toasted. Plus when you dine-in they have a 2 burgers for $7 special. You can’t beat the price and you definitely can’t beat the flavor.
Even when my family has ordered delivery the quality is still the same. If you love burgers, this is a must-go restaurant.

I moved into the area a few weeks ago, and drive past this place every day to and from work at Fort Gordon. I have been wanting to try it, so today I gave it a go on the way home. I got a double burger meal for myself, the patty melt meal for my wife and the grilled cheese meal for my daughter. Everyone LOVED it! It was absolutely delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Upon entering the place, I immediately felt at home, from the nice wall décor to the pleasant and QUIET atmosphere, to the friendly gentleman behind the counter (who also happened to be the owner). The food was made to order but still ready in just a few minutes! The next time I come here, which will be soon, the family and I are going to go and sit down inside. Would recommend everyone give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I have a great meal every time I come here! Their burgers are delicious, the fries are fresh cut and delicious, and the employees are very kind and helpful. I have only had one “incident” here and it was handled not only well, but with obvious care by their manager Courtney. Moral of the story, go to embers and get a delicious burger and be impressed by transcendent service, especially when comparing freshness of product and value versus the major chains. Thanks again for your excellent customer service Courtney and I hope everyone reading this ditches those fast food places for a better burger!

I’ve passed this place numerous times and always told myself “I gotta give them a try”. I was NOT disappointed. When you order a burger, THEY GIVE YOU A BURGER!! Their fries are good also. But, geez…I’m gonna have to go back there with the family next time and really sit to eat. I HIGHLY recommend going and checking this place out.

This was my first visit to Ember’s and I was not disappointed. I ordered two meals to go; a bacon triple cheeseburger combo and a bacon double cheeseburger combo. My orders was quickly taken by a sweet young lady and the food was ready to go in no time! The burgers taste amazing! I will, no doubt, recommend this establishment to any and everyone and I will most certainly be back for more of their delicious food!
