The outside is nice outside is a nice big seating area with outdoor fire pit and a good bar. They also have a inside bar and a decent size dining room.

Food was great but service was fair. When the bill came there was a delivery charge of $4.38. We asked what it was for and they stated it was for a credit card charge but if you pay with cash they remove it. As far as I know you cannot do that without posting it. They said it was stated on the bill but I told them that was wrong since we had already eaten and didn’t know about the charge. Beware if you go there as this is really unfair business practice and should be told that. Will probably not go back.

Absolutely not worth it for takeout. Pizza is the texture of a cracker and breaks apart. Totally overcooked, burnt, and dry. Also got our order wrong. Definitely wouldn’t reccomend

I went to Ember for the first time in over a year. My family used to go there on a monthly basis, as we love the coal fired pizza. I ordered a white pizza with pepperoni. I was sitting at the outdoor bar and the pizza came out very quickly (the bar wasn’t very busy and the service was good). The pizza came out undercooked and would not hold together. You could tell just by looking at the pizza it wasn’t done, as they normally have a little black. It didn’t taste particularly good, and when I went to put on salt, none came out of the shaker. When I took off the top of the shaker, the salt was wet and colored with rust. I should have complained, but I don’t like to bother people.

The atmosphere is great..but unfortunately everything else is awful. This is the second time we have come here, trying to give them a second chance. The first time we asked for a table that was about 8:45 pm and we had the manager rolling eyes in front of us and when the pizza came without pepperoni (we asked for it) the waitress brought it to the table raw, like it was the same. This time even if the waitress was nice, never got the name unfortunately, we waited almost 2 hours for a table, as they wrote our name on a side as we asked only for outside, and they forgot about us (we got it when they gave us 7 menus and we were only 3). The food is average, but at least it comes fast. Not suggested at all. Plastic instead of silverware is not ok, even more if the other tables have the proper one. The live music was amazing tho. Anyway not worth it at all.

Ember has a fun dining atmosphere. We ate dinner on the patio near the bonfire, and that was really pleasant. Good service too!

Super fun atmosphere if you’re young and looking for a “going-out” experience. At least that’s how it felt on a Friday night, not sure about other nights. BBQ chicken pizza was delicious and the service was fantastic. But definitely a loud bar type atmosphere that might not be the best for older folks looking for a quiet night. Great if you want beer and pizza by a fire.

So, to be brutally honest, the food is not worth the price. The only good thing out of the whole order was the pulled pork pizza. We had never been before so we gave it a try… Calamari- completely overcooked and hard as tack, mozzarella sticks are the size of hotdogs but all the seasonings in the batter make them unappetizing. Needless to say for spending $100.00 on a meal and only liking 1 item but hey the pizzas good.

My partner and I went here looking for some good food, first we were brought to a dirty table! Upon opening my menu I found that there was a dead bug in it. On top of everything we were served very cold food. The wings cold the pizza even colder. We asked to speak to a manager and he seemed to just brush us off. We then called back and were promised a 60$ refund which we never received. Worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend to anyone ever!
