I bought two drinks, and one of them had a hair in it. I only wanted a refund for that one drink since the other one was fine. Even so, they treated me poorly, refused to give me my money back, and the manager, Joe—the worst—was simply rude. I would never go back.
I noticed that they charge you a fee for using your debit card, and THEY DON’T HAVE IT POSTED ANYWHERE. That’s stealing from the customer.

The sushi tasted bad and the rice was not fresh. I ate one piece and asked for a refund — they refused and offered no solution. Then the staff started talking about me in their own language, clearly upset that I asked for my money back. Very unprofessional. I felt sick later at home.

I work at the mall. On two separate occasions I ordered shrimp. The shrimp tasted spoiled. The lady with the glasses was very rude and refused to give me a refund. Highly disappointed.

Conflicted on what to review. I bought sushi from here before and didn’t have much of a problem until this visit. The sushi was just not good, I couldn’t bring myself to eat it despite spending 20 dollars on two rolls. The service inside for it was rude. The drinks however are very yummy, and the person serving at the window was much more polite. It is really a mixed bag here.

the sauce for the teriyaki chicken is delicious. i do wish that it could have actually been spicy like i had asked for when i used the kiosk and put extra hot. regardless the sauce is delicious to put on your white rice that you get for the side – portions are pretty reasonable, you will end up getting full with just one dish.
i also ordered a vegetable spring roll that was just okay. nothing too great about it unless you dip it in some sauce like the teriyaki sauce or a soy sauce or even a sweet and sour sauce that they offer where the napkins and utensils are.
i wish there was sign for customers to clean up after themselves because when i walked in, there was a tray full of garbage that wasn’t cleaned up in the ~40 minutes that i was there. it was disappointing and it appears that the staff didn’t care about it either.
overall, great yummy food depending on what you get. p.s. they should put more broccoli in the teriyaki chicken <3
