Small cozy restaurant serving authentic flavorful pho. Come for the pho, skip the spring rolls as they’re bite sized with very little fillings. The pho is definitely the highlight as it was delicious and full of rich 24 hour flavor. The noodles to beef ratio is perfect, some other places overload on the carbs. The beef was super tender and higher quality as well. This might be the top bowl of pho within the South Brooklyn area. The ingredients used here tasted authentic compared to every other pho place around. The dine in area is quite small, but they serve quickly so the turnaround time good. Will definitely come back to try other items next time.

Been to Em’s a couple times and each time has been amazing! The noodles are elastic and bouncy giving them a very unique texture compared to other pho places. The chicken wings also have a very nice slightly sweet glaze. If you love pho then you should definitely consider giving Em’s a try! I recommend coming in person if you can instead of ordering online as the portion is much smaller for takeout/delivery.

Their pho is rich, flavorful, and tastes authentically Vietnamese. The banh mi sandwiches are fresh and packed with plenty of veggies. The restaurant itself is small, but service is quick and efficient, so tables turn over fast. Definitely worth a visit!

I order from Em Vietnamese all the time and they never miss. The pho is consistently fresh, flavorful, and packed well for delivery—no soggy mess, no missing items. Iced coffee always hits. This time I got the Pho Bo Em and Vietnamese iced coffee, and everything was perfect as usual. One of the few spots I actually trust on Uber Eats. Solid every time.

The small Vietnamese restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. I ordered the chicken soup mien ga that comes with noodles, bean sprouts and several jalapeno peppers. The chicken pieces were very thin strips. The shrimp roll goi cuon were two pieces. It consisted of 3 shrimps sliced into 6 pieces. The vegetarian sandwich banh mi choy was on bread similar to a baguette with various vegetables and large amount of lettuce. The food overall was average in taste.

Went during work lunch break at around noon. Plenty of street parking, seated ourselves and was promptly attended to by staff. Easy to read, clean menus, quick service, great tasting food at reasonable prices, clean establishment. No complaints from me. I will be a returning customer for their pho and Vietnamese iced coffee for sure. Perhaps if I have company again I can share and try more of their dishes.

First things first, I gotta give a shout out to Kate because of her immaculate professionalism and warm service greetings that makes one feel at home once they enter the establishment. She is always kind and goes above & beyond to make sure customers are comfortable and welcomed. She honestly deserves the world and whoever said so otherwise, ima need to see your manager right quick. Food is always fire and place is clean. Only positives, never a negative. I absolutely adore Em at 86th and I hope more people would visit the place so they can have the same experience that I have.

We were appealed by a recommended post on Facebook foodie group about Em Vietnamese Kitchen and the author said it’s the best pho he has ever had in NYC.
The decor is humble, clean but really tiny with limited seating of 4 tables, but the wait wasn’t too bad, about 20 mins for 2. The staff was cool but served everything super quickly.
We ordered their Pineapple Express, Gai Cuan which is summer rolls and Pho Bo Em with extra Short Rub (+$8) from their limited menu. The drink and food were amazingly delicious especially the smoothies, which was refreshing with strong pineapple flavor. The broth of pho was also really tasty and it was braised with great ingredients.
There is another location of Em in Dumbo, but the food they serve & the price are different and we prefer this one much better even though it’s a bit far for us.
