Today I ordered chicken biryani. It’s very tasteless. I am very disappointed. Biryani’s texture is too dry. And no any spice. Its like patient meal. My experience with this takeaway was very bad Never order again. And I ordered online n they delivered i very late

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Overcooked and not what we ordered. We complained via the Food Hub app and they claimed it wasn’t overcooked. We then phoned up to try and resolve they asked that we give them the food back so they can check. Literally arguing over the phone with them. Absolutely appalling.

Update: They came to pick the order up, proceeded to pick the chicken out and shove it in our faces saying it’s fine. Then dropped the chicken all over the floor littering on our property. A number of our family members got very upset including a 3 year old! I can’t stress enough how unprofessional this place is, please avoid.

Poor quality food. Mixed grill was bland and cold, salad was off, popadums were stale, Lamb bhuna was a a congealed mess with what looked like reheated meat in a greenish sauce with no spice or flavour. Very very disappointed

**RAW / PINK CHICKEN**

Halfway through eating my meal I was shocked to see the chicken I had been eating was not cooked properly. I contacted the restaurant about it and they were extremely rude, the man shouted down the phone at me and said that it was impossible and pretty much said I was lying and hung up the phone. If you zoom in on the photos you can clearly see that it is pink, raw/ translucent uncooked flesh in the centre of the chicken. As I had already eaten half of it, I am now extremely concerned that I may get food poisoning. Terrible customer service, not even an attempt to apologise.

I was served by a very welcoming man who recommended some amazing dishes with a world full of taste I would definitely recommend for an authentic Indian takeaway

Food was good, however we had to reheat it as we received it nearly 2 hours after ordering.

Very disappointed. First time I have ordered here and it saddens me to say, but this was the worst flavoured attempt at a curry. Sad sad times

The Veggie Curry is watery, not spicy. Wouldn’t go again. The service was diabolical. Waited 40 mins. Seriously gone down hill. Forgot Poppadoms. The Veggie Rice was more palatable than the Curry. Incredibly expensive at £30 for 2 Veggie Curry + Veggie Rice. +1 Naan. We could have dined in at a proper Restaurant. I should really have made it myself or made us Omelettes. Wouldn’t recommend not in this lifetime. I can’t believe they are still in Business. No way would I have sold that to anyone.

The website was easy to use, and the staff were friendly when we picked up our order. Aside from that, the food was surprisingly awful.

Most the dishes were overly sweet, like cloyingly, nauseatingly sweet. The saag paneer was like creamed spinach with heaps of sugar added to it and no chunks of paneer. The lababdar and butter masala dishes were flavorless sugary slops. The chick peas in the chana masala tasted like cardboard.

Indian food is usually one of my favorite cuisines. My expectation is flavorful, complex dishes that make you want to keep going back for more. This was barely edible. I’d also like to add that we both skipped lunch and were quite hungry, and very much looking forward to Indian take-away. I ate as much as I could to satisfy my hunger and we threw the rest in the bin. I’m left feeling really sad.
