I recently had the pleasure of visiting Elotitos Corn Bar, and wow, I only wish I had discovered this place sooner! Since my visit, I haven’t stopped recommending it to friends and family. Every item I ordered exceeded my expectations. Hands down, this is the best corn in a cup I’ve ever had. Their aguas frescas were incredibly refreshing; perfectly balanced without being too sweet. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Huge thanks to Yelp for pointing me in the right direction! This spot did not disappoint!

If you like elote, this is a must stop by. If you have never had elote but know you like corn, it should definitely be on your list of things to try. If you are not a fan of corn, come by anyway and have an aqua fresca or dessert. They have something for everyone to get their snack on. I am upset that they have been here for five years and I didn’t know. I get my paletas right across the street. This was a pleasant surprise. The corn is so sweet and buttery. There are so many toppings to choose from. I couldn’t stop eating it.

I visited Elotitos in San Antonio yesterday and unfortunately my experience didn’t meet my expectations. I paid a little over $26 for my order, and while the presentation looked good, the flavor and overall quality just didn’t match the price. The food wasn’t terrible, but it felt underwhelming and not as fresh as I hoped for.
The staff was fine and the location itself was clean, so I appreciated that. I may consider giving it another try in the future, but based on this visit I don’t feel the value matched the cost.

Elotitos is hands down one of my favorite hidden gems in San Antonio. The elotes are next level creamy, cheesy, perfectly seasoned, and totally addictive. They’ve got all the classic toppings, plus some wild creations that actually work. Everything’s made fresh, and you can taste the love in every bite.
The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and service is fast. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret it. This is what comfort food is supposed to taste like!

Esquites were delicious. They have multiple flavors not just the traditional one. Went on a Monday. Service was great. Even though there was one person, she was attentive and friendly. Definately going back.

This was a fun experience and pretty good. We prefer our corn a little toasty so it has that roasted corn feel, the corn in a cup is just in crock pots and then they add the toppings. We enjoyed the flavors we tried in the corn flight ( traditional, San Antonio, La Paloma, Cheesy and Jalapeno 2.0) but thought they could’ve gone a little lighter on the additions so the corn sang through a tad more. Overall, yummy snack. It is super plain in the building, could definitely use some ambiance and they had no shaved ice so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker. The cashier was great, we thought the service was a little slow. We might go again or be convinced to have our own corn bar party at home.

Their corn cups have always been my favorite ever since finding them back at their old location. They’re very yummy and so many options, as well as flavors to add! The owner is always so sweet as well.
I truly miss y’all being closer to me at government hill but it’s okay, things happen.
Thank y’all truly for being awesome! 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Hot Cheeto and Takis Elote along with the Pineapple Agua Fresca at Elotitos Corn Bar, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for something special.
The Hot Cheeto and Takis Elote is an absolute game-changer. The elote was perfectly grilled, with a delightful balance of sweetness and smokiness from the corn. The combination of Hot Cheetos and Takis added an incredible crunch and a spicy kick that took this traditional treat to a whole new level. The creamy, tangy mayo and cotija cheese brought everything together, making each bite a burst of flavor and texture.
To complement the fiery elote, I opted for the Pineapple Agua Fresca, and it was the perfect choice. The drink was refreshingly cool and bursting with the natural sweetness of fresh pineapple. It had just the right amount of tartness, making it incredibly thirst-quenching. The agua fresca balanced the spice of the elote beautifully, creating a harmonious and satisfying experience.
The presentation was top-notch, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hot Cheeto and Takis Elote and the Pineapple Agua Fresca to anyone looking for a unique and delicious treat. I will definitely be returning for more!
Bravo to Elotitos Corn Bar for these incredible creations!

Paying tips or even suggesting for take out orders I getting out of hand. If I stay to enjoy their delicious snacks then yes. Minimum of 20% but a take out order shouldn’t have even be a suggestion. Their churros are good but not great, their yellow and white corn in the cups are very good.
