I’ve always liked Elmo’s pizza and subs BUT be careful what ya grab off their warmers cause it might have been sitting there for quite some time like mine was. I grabbed a deluxe ham and cheese 6″ sub off their warmer rack yesterday and it must’ve been there a good while cuz the bread was really tough and chewy but if it’s made fresh it’s DELICIOUS they just need to keep better track of how long they leave food items in the warmers for customers. My friend got the TJ’s chicken and hers was so old she couldn’t even bite through it and those cost about $7 for a 6″ sub so that was about $15 wasted just order your food fresh from Elmo’s and you’ll be fine!! ☺️

I literally feel “off” if I don’t have a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I wish I could still just stroll in and grab them off the hot shelf like I used to. Still, the people are always friendly and the sandwich is tasty.

The cheese bread is pretty good. Although, I’m very disappointed with my experience here. The crust was far too thick, and my pizza was completely wrong despite my specific requests. I asked for light sauce because I dislike marinara, but it seemed like there was extra sauce instead. On top of that, I requested steak as a topping, but I received pork instead—which I rarely eat. This mistake could have been serious if it were due to an allergy. Overall, this was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
