Elmo’s has good pizza, especially for the price. I like sausage and banana peppers pizza on thin crust. Service is good.
It has been hard to reach them on the phone in the past. Perhaps this has gotten better. You can walk into the gas station and order easily, though. This is probably a better option as it walks you through the menu in a manner that makes it easy to customize your order.

I ordered a pizza and the crust wasn’t done. I called and spoke to Caleb five minutes before closing. He was very patient with me and remade my pizza. Honestly best pizza I have ever gotten from Elmo’s. Such a respectful young man. I believe he will be an amazing manager some time soon. Thank you Caleb for making us a great pizza! I give him personally ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

My family and I decided to try this place out and we were not dissatisfied. They had AMAZING customer service, they were so nice and patient. Once we got our food ordered he told us it would be a 15 minute wait so we decided to wait out in our vehicle. The kind gentleman walked out our food to our car! We didn’t even have to come back inside. Given it was later at night, but the service we received from them was astonishing! Food was hot and amazing too!

I’ve been ordering from Elmo’s for almost 4 years I have a child with a tomato allergy I have always been able to have the sauce replaced with bosco butter tonight I get my pizza home and guess what there’s tomato sauce on it. When I called them they told me they cannot take the sauce off of a pizza and even though I had told them in the instructions that I had a tomato allergy in my home they put freaking tomato sauce on the pizza. So now I get to figure out what to feed a child did I order the specialty pizza for because he can’t eat it I get to cook something for dinner when that was the whole point of ordering Elmo’s in the first place.

I would rate it a 0/5 stars if that was an option. Went to Elmo’s today (08/08/2020) for a breakfast sandwich. I am a vegetarian, so I would not get meat on my sandwich. All I wanted was the classic breakfast sandwich with no meat, so just egg and cheese. The worker and the manager refused to do it. They said I had to get meat on my sandwich. Even after explaining I am a vegetarian, they still refused. I did not ask for a discount on the sandwich, I did not ask for a difficult sandwich. I simply asked them to skip a step by not putting meat on, which would even save them some time. Will not be going back.
