Very townie place. The service staff are very nice and accommodating. Wveryone seems to know everyone. The owner or manager was walking around saying hello to tables. The clam chowder is great, the stuffed mushrooms were amazing. I has the shrimp scampi and the portion was enough to bring home for leftovers. Low salt which is good. The rib eye was the size of my fiancé head and cooked slightly under medium rare but, thats how he perfers it. Overall, great place, great service and good food. Will be returning for sure!

I was craving fried oysters, they were wonderful!! Like fried oysters on the half shell but fried, heaven!! NOT like the fried oysters I got at Crab Catcher on Middle Turnpike West in Manchester, TERRIBLE!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!, and I went for the appetizer comes with Low Country Sauce, Charleston, SC inspired. I then had the fried whole belly clam appetizer and the Muscles swimming in garlic butter broth. All very good, although, the muscles seemed a little under cooked, but still delicious, other than the 2 very under cooked. The coleslaw was top shelf and the bread with whipped butter, perfect, and great for dipping in the garlic butter broth. The service was outstanding, I got there at 3:00 and I was the only one in my dining area (filled up quickly). A legitimate well earned 5 stars.

Wonderful staff, incredible menu with every item homemade and lovingly prepared (the dressings, the hand breaded chicken tenders, the grilled Berkshire pork chops). I love coming here because of all the regulars too!

We went here with a gift card we received. Have to say this place is mediocre at best. We won’t be going back. Our biggest turn off was the atmosphere. If this is suppose to be a fine dining restaurant, loose the booths. Hardly intimate, relaxing or welcoming. We next noticed the food presentation. Surf and turf, two pieces of meat on a large plate. Sides, in a bowl. Long John Silvers at twice the price. Food quality and service was good. Wine selection good. Finally, considering with all the above, not worth the exaggerated price. Maybe the attached pub is better.

This place was amazing. I took my wife there for out date night and she was highly impressed with the service and the food. She is a seafood lover. Drinks were perfect with them being not too strong but strong enough. Great date night.

Food was great, service was spectacular and the price was reasonable. We had the atuffed mushrooms, not bad at all. My wife had lobster. A little pricey but hey we are 60 miles from the shore. I had the dockside platter. This was very good. We met Robert, Elmo’s son. Really nice guy he’s been in the business for years. Our waitress Sherry was wonderful, very attentive.

We were weary from the road, arriving only a few minutes before the kitchen closed, but the staff took incredible care of us. It had been years since having fried shrimp that delightful. The sauces were amazing. If you like sweet potato, definitely get the sweet potato fries… Battered and fried, large chunks, and a touch of cinnamon. Absolutely perfect in every way!
