After driving by Elmer Twist for years, I was in the mood for a milkshake and stopped by. I had the BEST strawberry banana milkshake I EVER had!!! It was rich and full of flavor and hit the stop on a cold day. The perfect mix of strawberries and banana. I ordered my mom and brother shakes as well that were delicious. Elmer Twist thank you! Service was friendly and provided with a smile. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Usually love this place as it’s so close to home and sundaes are good, but it’s super annoying to check if a place is open online, drive all the way there, just to see a little paper sign on the serving window that they are now closed for the season. Could’ve saved myself a useless drive if they updated the website ♀️

By far the best ice cream place on the planet. Been all over the world and still talk about this shop. Whenever I have the pleasure of visiting Elmer in New Jersey, this is on my list- usually twice a day. EPIC ice cream – the swirly kind (haven’t tried the tub kind yet). The truth is, it’s bloody perfect every single time and the staff are super friendly.

I’m basing this review on the group we brought. The banana split, chocolate scoop cone, vanilla scoop cone, the cones with sprinkles and other cones and drinks were delicious… especially on a humid night. The outdoor seating was comfortable and made for great conversations.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes tonight only to hear the worker yell out the window that they close in 2 minutes! They can’t be bothered to stay and serve the people who have been waiting in line!!! Won’t be going here again!!! Don’t think you are the only ice cream place in the area!!! They charge too much for what little bit they give you too!!!
