Elly was very busy, but we were seated right away. The food came out fast and was very good. I got the veggie omelette with pancakes and hash. The pancakes were the star, soft and fluffy and very tasty. The omelette was good and had a lot of mushrooms which I like. The hash browns were very good as well. I usually don’t take hash browns home but I did this time. For two people we paid around 55 bucks that’s including tip. They charge a fee for using a credit card so you may want to bring cash.

This is hands down the best breakfast and lunch place in town. Pete overseas the kitchen and wait staff. He sees that everything is run professionally and is on point. We come here anywhere between three and four times a week. The service is always fast and the wait staff and bus boys are always friendly. We usually ask for Megan or Christina but i’ve had most every server in this place and you can’t go wrong. We’ve never had a long wait and even if we did it was well worth it. If you’ve never been here before , you have to give it a try and i’m sure it will become one of your favourites just like ours.

I love pancakes, so it was a win to find this spot so close to where we we stayed. This place is HUGE inside, so while the parking lot was full we were seated right away. Our server was fantastic and very attentive… ordered a Latte, pecan pancakes and some bacon. They have quality bacon here , so thumbs up there. Pecans preferred cooked in the pancakes so thumbs down there. All and all we enjoyed our meal. The guy who brought our food did not have the sunny disposition that our server did which was unfortunate.

Our family LOVES Elly’s!! Food is always yummy, and quick. The staff is so friendly and smiling. It’s our favorite breakfast spot in Lake County. The owner is always welcoming and friendly. Each time we go, he brings a fun treat for our son that puts a smile on all of our faces. It’s an incredible place to sit, relax and enjoy really good food and take a break from life. Elly’s is the best in town.

Wonderful experience with my wife and I!!! Pete greeted us at the front door with a wonderful smile and proceeded to seat us. Made us feel instantly like we were family. Our server was so amazing and catered to our every need. We weren’t rushed and food came out in a timely fashion. Food was excellent! Eggs and skirt steak were done perfectly! The skirt steak obviously was top quality! Our wonderful server constantly kept an eye on making sure our coffee was filled and all with a smile. I can’t say enough on how really wonderful this breakfast/ lunch establishment is!! A must must MUST place to stop in, relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. You will become a regular for sure like us! Our family loves dining at our local Elly’s! We enjoy everything we’ve ever ordered. Their drinks & pastries are delicious too! The sweetest gentleman, Pete will greet you at the door with a smile and walk you to your table. He is the best! He treats everyone like family! Expect a short wait on weekends though! Parking is plentiful. Servers are pleasant and attentive.

It was my families first time trying this place. We were greeted with smiles very friendly & accomadating staff. Surprisingly we only had a 4 min wait and it was packed! Our food came out hot delicious and in a timely manner. My children said they rate it 100 lol we all felt so welcomed on top of everyone loving there food. We highly recommend.

What a fun diner. I know the building has been there since i was a little kid so its super cool to see it still there and operating. The parking lot was PACKED which is always a good sign.
Went in for a rake out order with a full house and still only waited about 10-15 minutes. The food was delicious and the coffee was great!

Elly’s is a pleasure! We are teachers who go to Elly’s on our short lunch period and they always always happily accommodate our tight turn around time. They take our order quickly, get our check to us while we are eating and the food is always perfect and delicious! Huge shout out to he whole staff who is always kind and chatty!
