Our server last night was incredibly attentive and took the time to walk us through the different oysters, which we really appreciated, it made the experience super enjoyable.
I ordered the miso black cod. The fish itself was excellent and perfectly cooked, though the black bean sauce was a bit on the salty side. A little more rice would help balance the dish nicely. Aside from that, everything else was great. My friend ordered the menu special rockfish, and the seasoning was spot on.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!
Service started a little slow since David, the oyster chef, let us know we couldn’t order directly from him and needed to go through a server. But David went above and beyond, he tracked down our server right away and made sure we were well taken care of. Big shout-out to him! He was friendly, chatty, and full of great recommendations, even giving us a list of places to check out on our next trip while we mentioned we were visiting family.
The oysters, as always here, were excellent and fresh. What stood out the most were the salty little Olympia oysters which are native to Washington and hands down our favorite of the night. They had the perfect briny, salty-sweet balance that was just chef’s kiss. We loved them so much, we ended up ordering more.
If you’re a seafood lover, especially an oyster fan then Elliott’s is a must! They showcase a wide variety of oysters and highlight Pacific Northwest seafood beautifully. A true seafood classic and a Seattle icon!
a location that has the 20% service charge that goes to the house, FYI. which is where a star went.
water not to far away, and the oysters were great. the king salmon was tender and they definitely know their sea food.
The servers are very knowledgeable about each type of oyster and happily guide you through the options. Service is attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better.
A fantastic spot for seafood lovers, It was so good we actually came back the same day just to eat more oysters. Highly recommend!
The oysters were incredibly fresh, and both of the mignonettes served with them were delicious. We also ordered a crab cluster, and it was SO good.

One of the best clam chowder I’ve ever had.
Crab cake is a great choice for appetizer as well. 10 min wait for the table.
