Great breakfast! Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and pancakes are the best in the area. Large booths to enjoy breakfast at your own pace. Fast service, too.

Stopped in to get some take out for lunch before visiting one of the local breweries (several patrons were dining in). Staff was friendly and patient while I figured out what to order at the counter. Food was reasonably priced, ready promptly, and I enjoyed eating it. A solid recommend/I would eat here again.

A great little diner! I have been here 5 or 6 times in the past 2 years. I’m always greeted and served in a timely manner. Excellent food, clean, bright and neat facility. This is my “place to go” when I’m visiting at Lqke James. Family atmosphere, affordable meals! Get there and make your tummy happy!

Let’s see I had a $3.00 bacon and egg sandwich + $0.25 cheese slice according to the menu. My wife had an egg platter $4.50. I had a 12oz Pepsi can to drink, not the 20oz Pepsi like the menu says, $1.45. My wife had Ice Tea $1.45. Total $10.65, NC tax 4.75%, $0.51, local tax 2%, $0.21 now is Total with Tax is $11.37. Total Charged $14.50 (such an even number). Even with common core math that is one hell of a baked in gratuity.
