4 workers, 2 busily working the pizza grill one manning the cash register and another stocking. We’re the only ones ordering at counter. Placed order and the guy then goes to chat with the stocking guy for 5 minutes, more people come in, pick up their orders and leave and we’re still sitting and waiting. My husband ordered a slice of pizza so he asks if he can have that and our drink while we wait. So the order taker gets those and then says your sub will be ready shortly then HE goes to make it. Omw!! Why not immediately?!?

I ordered a half turkey sub online with lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil. Just had my sub delivered and it doesn’t have any lettuce whatsoever. I double checked the order receipt and it in fact includes lettuce. Guys…it’s a freaking sub. How can you mess up a sub? I would absolutely bring this sub in and complain but I’m home recovering from a procedure. Unfortunately, this is not the first time our orders have been messed up so I will not be ordering from Ellie’s anymore.

My sub was forgotten and by the time I got back to get it, the sub was cold. The cauliflower i got was cold by the time I got back to eat it. And wasn’t able to eat with my family. My bill was almost $80 for 2 subs, personal cheese pizza, cauliflower and pizza logs.

I was sick and unbeknownst to me my friend had Door Dashed Ellie’s Deli food to me. The delivery man arrived and I turned him away because I thought he had the wrong address! When I realized it had been ordered for me, I called Ellie’s Deli explaining my mistake–the customer service was wonderful and the delivery came back. The food was so good. The salad was fresh and crisp– nothing wilted or mealy or watery. The cheese freshly grated and the hard boiled egg was perfect without the grey-green ring around the yolk. I thought all those small details in a side salad made it so delicious. The same goes for the fries and sandwich wraps. The French fries were satisfying like any restaurant style fry. While I wouldn’t have minded if the flour tortilla wraps had been pre-toasted, the sandwich wrap itself had tasty and well seasoned chicken breast, provolone, and crisp shredded lettuce. I look forward to an opportunity to have lunch here soon!

So since you decided to replace a human with AI to answer the phone I will no longer be placing an order with you again. You’re helping AI take jobs from actual humans. Then I tried to order online but you wouldn’t let me choose cash on delivery or pick up so you’re forcing me to use a card and charging me an up charge for using it too. You also don’t allow me to choose debit card so I don’t have to pay the up charge you have for processing the payment and yes I understand why you have the up charge but I also know that if the card is ran as debit then you can’t charge the up charge since it’s not a credit card. Nevertheless I will no longer be purchasing anything from you until you get rid of the AI answering system

Have always gotten pizza here. As time has passed, the prices have only increased and the quality has decreased. It would be great if there was a general manager here who actually liked their job. I have been friends with a bunch of past employees. This place lacks leadership.
