The coffee is a bit strong with not enough flavor. The first time I got an iced raspberry mocha coffee, it tastes like it just had non flavored half and half. Cinnamon raisin bagel is standard, but the butter is hard and not easy to spread. Second time I got a turtle frappe like drink. It’s mostly just chocolate syrup everywhere. Doesn’t taste like anything. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. Again nothing special and it was kind of soggy. Reminded me of the ones you buy in the frozen breakfast isle at the grocery store.

I was very excited to come here for the first time, but the way I was talked to by everyone in this store was extremely negative and talking down at me. They clearly did not want to be working, nor were they ever taught customer service. I’m a barista also. They repeated my order back to me and then proceed to give me the wrong drink with no flavor in it at all. I was just so exhausted from being talked to rudely that I just drove off anyway. I don’t even care. Christ.

It’s a beautiful location and the customer service was fantastic. However, one of the strongest iced coffees I’ve had. Very bitter for a pumpkin spiced latte. Will try again in future to see if it improves.

The coffee and food items are hit or miss. You could order the same thing 5 days in a row and it would taste different each time. The baristas don’t seem knowledgeable which is disappointing considering Ellianos is the most expensive coffee chain in town.

Visited with family and ordered a variety of refreshers and iced coffees. I tried their Dolce Iced Coffee, which was of really high quality and had a great taste. The service was excellent as well, and all the drinks we tried were delicious.
I’d highly recommend this place! However, the prices are a bit premium, so it’s more of an occasional treat rather than an everyday coffee stop.

I had a very disappointing experience at [ellianos] today. I ordered a drink, but unfortunately, it tasted awful—completely undrinkable. When I approached the staff to return it, they outright refused, showing no concern for customer satisfaction.
The manager was unhelpful and dismissive, and the employee who served me was just as indifferent. Instead of addressing my concern or offering a replacement, they simply refused to take responsibility. This is unacceptable customer service.
A good café should prioritize quality and customer experience, but this place clearly does not. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a place that values its customers.

The coffee is great and all the employees are very nice. My problem is that I mobile order so that it is ready when I get there. It seems like they don’t even realize there’s a mobile order until you tell them and you have to wait for them to make it. It may be because they just opened. Hopefully that part improves.
